My work recently changed out our fork lift from propane to electric. While we had the propane lift and were located in Kent, and then moved to Auburn, all services, communication, my overall interaction with AmeriGas went great! Never had an issue that wasn't resolved ASAP! Professional all the way, from the guy coming to fill my propane to the help I have received over the phone from CSRs.
If I ever need propane again, AmeriGas is my first choice!

Literally the worst company I have had the displeasure of having to deal with. Destroyed my neighbors garden with NO follow up. The tank was leaking (through NO fault of ours) and we were charged an exorbitant service charge to fix YOUR equipment. MINIMUM 45 minutes on hold every time only to be transfered to a call center that is out of the country. Literally counting the days until I can finally get rid of this TERRIBLE company. It's not even worth trying to call to talk to anyone. You get absolutely NO help and NO follow up. AND even if you could cancel your service with them (even relatively) quickly AND had the tank removed yourself - they STILL will charge you over $400 to come pick up their bum equipment. (Was literally told even if the tank is sitting on the street and all they had to do was put it on their truck...) I would give negative stars if I could. AWFUL.

You left my property with a gas leak, another technician came out and was shocked the previous tech left the site. He said to call to get reimbursed for the lost fuel. I left several messages and talked to customer service like 5 times and never got a returned call. I will not ever use your company against, you put my family life at risk and do not bother to return a call.

Calling into customer service is a joke. Really there are no supervisors to talk with? No managers after multiple calls and surveys..... Sure... Just offshore the customer service and provide no local support that's a great way to treat customers.

I have disabled person living in the house with the propane tank. My tank was empty because the disabled person living in the house doesn't let me know to get gas until it's completely gone. I can not get gas now without a safety inspection. I had a safety inspection last year and the tank was repaired in a very sloppy manner and the gauge that was broken was not fixed. I had a person come out to repair the gauge that should have been replaced with the safety inspection and they put the old broken one back on and you can't tell how much gas is in the tank. This was brought to attention with the call from your company about the safety inspection they are now requiring to fill the tank again and a manager was supposed to call me but I have not received a call,text or email.

Delivery people drove over and broke pipes and covers to the septic system. They were negligent and caused damage to our property.

Will never use them again! The truck damaged our property and they aren’t addressing the claim. They also did not complete the safety test for first delivery.

Their delivery people and customer service have no idea what they are doing. We have been billed twice for propane that was delivered to the neighbors house. We have a case open for the first incident and no one has contacted us yet. It has been over a month. We have contacted them over 10 times about this. Yesterday they delivered to the neighbors again and billed us for it. Totaling over $1600.00. We can't even contact someone local to help us. All their call centers are in India and not a single person can actually help us. They just keep telling us that someone will reach out.

The very worse experience I have ever had with any propane company. Phone communication went very well, polite informative and helpful. In person service terrible. First delivery would not supply propane even though I've owned my 1000 tank for 18 plus years, 3 or 4 previous companies had no problem, Ferrell name was still on my tank that I purchased from them 05/23/2006 and I was down to less than 5% in the coldest weather, with 7 people relying on some heat.
Next after much hassle proving the tank is mine, they tried to be charged $696.30 for an inspection that THEY required, without informing me or any charge, before filling my tanks, no other company (4 in total) has every charged for this service in ALL the years I've owned it.
Next, I was charged $1.82 when quoted twice for $1.62 why the sudden change from the quoted price? I shopped around and Amerigas HAD the best price until the add on charges which make their price more an any others.
