This place is a nice and quiet place.. Not too crowded. I like how Darien at front desk was very helpful and patient with the issues I was having with my reservation. I like how the company also offer free carts and dollys for our move in as well. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was no way for us to cancel a reservation or even go back to the reservation we reserved and actually book the unit. Think yall need to provide a link on the site where we can just type in our reservation number to retrieve that reservation and process it. Overall it was a good experience. Will recommend to friends and family!! Thank you!

I’ve been with them 3 1/2 years and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are always understanding and willing to work with you. James is a pretty cool guy and always has stories.

This place is amazing and the owners are so sweet and patient and understanding! They really made it comfortable and easy for me to get a unit (at not a bad price either) and they made me feel welcome!!!! I highly recommend this storage company!

Seems like all these places are the same, but not here. Top drawer service. James who runs the operation is stellar. Don't pick another storage business, this is the one you want !

This facility was great until the new horribly nosey management started this week. The first thing out of one of there mouths was "what are you doing?" After that both women proceeded to walk by our unit as well as looking inside our unit every 30 minutes until we left. If things keep going this way it will be our last month at abc after years of renting from them.

They have a very simple and straightforward process to rent a unit. The staff are the nicest people and everything can be taken care of online so it's very convenient. Thank you for making it so easy guys!

This is the third or fourth time renting a unit from ABC. I've previously rented in Airway Heights, Spokane Valley and now Pacific. The only thing that would make them better is having later hate access or 24 hour access. I start my day later than most and it's hard to get everything done by 10pm. I move things on and out on a daily basis. But it's close to home and it's affordable.

They are convenient, affordable, better quality than other places I've rented a storage unit. I've rented at 3 of 5 locations and the only thing that would make them better is later gate access. I'm not always done working by 10pm when the gates lock for the night.
