Night crew Thursday night there were two people working we arrived around 11:40 ish 12:00 a.m. once we get there they put up a sign that says they are mopping 10 minutes goes by we were watching videos on our phones doing whatever then we're like okay it's been a little bit too long so we go and check the entrance and these guys still have the door locked and are just in the back so we end up knocking on the doors for them to open it for us because we've been waiting like 30 minutes and they want to give us some attitude saying don't knock on the door being rude and just very unprofessional oh and mind you that the clothes for mopping sign was still up when the store was completely dry and there was no more wet floor

Heads up, watch how your items are being rung up. The new guy has been uncharging people. Few times now I got small big gulps and he charged me for large. Then last time I got 2 small big gulps, he charged me for 2 large slurpees. Plus will double scan an item so you pay twice. Be careful.

The store is fine, but the diesel pumps do not work. They say they are "slow" but thats not honest, they are broken. It takes over one minute to get one gallon of diesel. They need to fix the pumps, I can't spend 20 minutes filling up my truck.

Indian guy with turben in early 50s won't let use customers restroom , always have same issues they will not let you use the restroom even you spend money, I was paying customers and it's the law for let lady use restroom if your a paying customers, these idiots make there own rules and so rude service , should be be allowed to deal with public if don't have knowledge of basic law and customer service experience,

They are the cleanest 7-eleven I have been to in the Auburn/Algona area. The staff has always been kind and respectful to me and my spouse. They carry the best breakfast pastries and snacks that I don't see at other 7-elevens. Did I mention they are clean and well stocked?! Well I had to mention it again because they are amazing. We usually stop on our way to drive South each week and it's better than going to a busy cafe. They also have espresso machines so you can make your own coffee. I love it!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm never going back to shop at 7'11 again, at any location. Had trouble with the pumps. I paid $5 inside and thought I pumped the gas into my car. I didn't actually receive the gas, I talked with the clerk, tried to prove that I didn't get the gas by offering the clerk to come outside and look at my gas gage, but they said no and called me a liar and told me to contact customer support. I had little to no gas in my car and my 4 kids with me. It was very upsetting. Check out my other review for the other location at 4026 A ST SE in Auburn.
