Super quaint and homey. Daughter cried when we left…also, it’s not a trundle bed anymore, it’s bunk beds and they are nice!

Always check hot tubs when arriving. They are set way to high. House was perfect other than my daughter passing out from 5 min in the hot tub. Scared the hell outta me. Town is beautiful food and atmosphere is always great to

Don’t waste your money.Home is in need of some serious maintenance. Walls are damaged and in need of new paint, carpets upstairs are stained and need to be replaced. None of the windows have screens on them, and the heating system is inconsistent. The home was dirty when we checked in, kitchen faucet was falling apart, door under the kitchen sink was falling off, coffee table is so rocky you can barely put a drink on it. House also had a weird smell that wouldn’t go away. We left it in better condition than what it was when we walked in. There is ZERO storage in this unit. Not one closet to use. For a house with outdoor amenities and beach access what were we supposed to do with all of our stuff? The only storage in the bedroom was a set of drawers that were filled with linens. Had to live out of my suitcase. The wifi stopped working on our last full day there. The concierge and maintenance were unable to help us. I had to fix it myself after hours of research and had to manually upgrade the firmware. Overpriced for the lack of amenities. Multiple bugs in the house, terrible options for linens and pillows. Master bedroom has the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hot tub was dirty. Kitchen was only stocked with the bare essentials, it was barely usable. Outdoor space was run down and in need of serious maintenance. Entire backyard was dirt. No place to sit or hang out in the beautiful weather.I was really excited about visiting seabrook and it possibly being a future destination for trips with family and friends; but now I’m not sure if we will come back.

For the price to stay here was super disappointed in the home. There was no outdoor seating or area to sit outside, the inside had little to no decor, cheap chipped furniture, and the bare minimum essentials in the house, washer and dryer was broke. Usually love Seabrook, but this house was by far least favorite and overpriced.

We enjoy Seabrook but would not choose to return to this house in its current state. It's very basic with inexpensive furniture and amenities, the queen mattress sagged in the middle, things weren't affixed properly, there was a bad smell occasionally coming over from the empty lot next to the house, only one small dresser was available and half filled with linens, and there's very minimal space on the property to just sit outside. The hot tub was excellent and the saving grace for us but overall, it's just not worth the price. Look for other options.

Stayed for the weekend- walkable to everything - food/shops. Had no need for a washer/dryer, we ate out both nights so cannot comment on the kitchen amenities. Made coffee with French press. It was good for a couple and our dog. The bunk beds were more comfortable than the queen mattress. Our stay was a trial run, next time with extended family in a bigger home.

This house is not worth the price. Love Seabrook and have always had a great experience, but this home was disappointing. Very minimal, decor is not cozy and everything about it screamed cheap. Photos make it look much nicer. No area for outside seating, not even a picnic table or chairs. Would not recommend unless you want a very small house with no amenities. No washer and dryer no dishwasher,.

This food truck next to Growler's Alley is a real gem. We tried the pan fried noodles with marinated pork and vegetables, the báhn mi sandwich (like a Vietnamese sub), Asian wings (hot or mild sweet chili sauce), and egg rolls, and each was a big hit. Kids will love the noodles and mild wings. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The ingredients are high quality. Service was quick and friendly. It is definitely worth a drive from anywhere on the coast. There is plenty of outdoor seating or take it to go.

This house needs to be pulled from the rental pool immediately. There is mold in both bathrooms, peeling moulding in the kitchen, a hole in the wall upstairs and paint is chipped/missing in many places. We booked for a week and left after only a few day. Thank you to Seabrook for making it right for us.

The property looked nice in pictures, but it's obviously showing signs of wear and tear from years of guests. The paint is peeling along the banisters, the walls are scuffed up, most of the board games are missing too many pieces to be playable, the TV setup is old and complicated to figure out, there was no dishwasher, and the combined washer-dryer doesn't work very well or quickly (~5 hours per load it seemed like, with no dry-only setting). The amenities offered in the house (dishes, towels, etc) felt like the owner was trying to provide the bare minimum and no more. For example there weren't any bowls and there were only a few plates. There were not many towels, which was made more frustrating by the fact that the washer-dryer couldn't operate in a dry-only setting. I visited another house while at Seabrook and it was much better stocked and seemed like the owners had tried much harder to make their guests' stay comfortable. I would consider visiting Seabrook again, but it will not be at A Shore Thing.
