The most helpful staff you could ever ask for. I have rented units here for a decade so has my family. Safe secure affordable storage for your extra "stuff". Hang out and watch the trains for a bonus.

People are pleasant and very helpful. Very hands on for service, guidance around facility and operation of facility. Feel that this is a higher quality place where my stuff is a bit safer. Newer facility and well maintained with good lighting.

Had my unit broke into cameras are worthless there then after that they raised the rent twice in like 18 months plus there's almost never anyone at the office if you want to pay your rent or you have a problem you have to wait around for someone to show up.
