Horrible customer service went in to ask a question and was turned away very rudely by the employee there I had to drive to a different location to get help.

Hire new people that are willing to attend customers the right way and not being grumpy and rude all the time . The ladies there are rude and always say they can’t do nothing

It has bad customer service. Whenever you have a question there isnt a agent available to talk too. I had search up Google to cancel my automatic payment because criquet wireless store doesnt do that
