The off-menu chicken dish was worth trying, in my opinion. Before ordering this special entrée, I hope you enjoy steak fries because Tim's Kitchen generously provides plenty of them! The entrée comprises ample steak fries, a dry buttered biscuit, and a chicken thigh and drumstick. I would rate this meal 3/5, primarily due to its value proposition; I still believe that Safeway/Albertsons offers tastier fried chicken. Nonetheless, considering the $12 meal and $4 soda, it's a good deal given the quantity of food you receive. I recommend trying it, but don't expect to be overly impressed.

Had the breaded chicken stips and waffle! It was so good, especially the cinnamon butter. Staff was super friendly and attentive.

Chicken and biscut was really good. Service was a little off forgetting items but after asking again got it. The portions on some plates were huge and others small. I did really appreciated how the server split the check asking from the beginning. Reason for 4 not 5 star is server sat us at a ver awkward table of one on each end and two in the middle. The seat at one end was almost in the kitchen/walk area and the other end only a small person could comfortably sit at without bumping into the next table. There were multiple tables of 4 open that we walked by before being seated that we could easily have sat at.

New to the area. Trying new restaurants. Not impressed. Tried the Chicken Fried Steak and my mashed potatoes were not even lukewarm, the biscuit was cold and my steak was greasy.

Came here for dinner last night and was unfortunately disappointed. I came here once before and the food was great! Mac and cheese was delicious, and the fried chicken sandwich was very good. Ordered the same thing last night and it was totally different. The chicken was super dry, bland, and honestly it tasted like it was old. I have spent years working in multiple kitchens, and I’m very passionate about cooking and I cook almost every day at home. I can tell when food is old. Our waitress was nice, I still tipped over 20%, but the experience was not ideal. I took a couple bites and put the food to the side. When our waitress asked how it was I told her, and it almost felt like she was trying to convince me otherwise. “Well you know this sandwich only comes with slaw and Mayo right?” To which I explained that I’ve had this before, and the problem wasn’t the toppings. She was still trying to push the conversation and said she was sorry their food didn’t meet my standards, which felt a little insincere. I didn’t want to tell her that it tasted old but eventually I had to because I felt like I shouldn’t have to continue going back and forth explaining myself. I’m not one to complain, I feel bad doing it but I know it can help the restaurant do better and I’d rather let them know and give them an opportunity to fix it, than not say anything then write a bad review. I’m only writing this review because they didn’t take the opportunity to fix it. They said $5 off is the best they could do and she doesn’t know what happens cause she doesn’t work the kitchen. If a customer respectfully complains about the food, and they didn’t even eat more than two bites, the right thing to do is to offer to remake it, a different menu option, or take it off the tab. For this reason, I won’t be back. $70 to go home hungry isn’t worth it in this economy.

We were so surprised by how wonderful and hometown this place was. The food was excellent, especially the chicken fried chicken, and the ambiance was perfect. I can't believe we found this place a month before we are to move after driving by it hundreds of times in the last 5 years. I'll find a way to get back here. Don't wait to visit.

Great no frills breakfast. We were sat rather quickly for a weekend, but food did take awhile to come out. Everything tasted good- my spouse loved the biscuits and gravy which is their staple breakfast order. Will definitely add to our rotation.

Went in for breakfast, and even though it was a rush and they were a little understaffed; the service and food were incredible. The waiter made sure to stop by while running out plates and gave us updates on our order. Coffee was always filled. It's truly a great gem!Ask for the raspberry freezer jam for $.79

Food and service are great. Rustic feel, with a cute electric train running around the ceiling. Lots of menu items. They even garnish the plates ?.

Came here for breakfast, food was amazing! Atmosphere was alright, the train running above the tables was neat. Service was lacking but it didn't hinder our experience too much.

Wow! What a meal! My husband is a biscuits and gravy aficionado and he said it's the best he has ever had! I had a crispy chicken sandwich with slaw and onion rings, side of ranch. It all tasted so fresh and home made down the the ranch!! Delicious food with great service! We will definitely go back!!!
