The owner was quick to respond to my inquiry. Very honest and effective information up front. Quick service turn around was fine for a water tank replacement. His plumbers were great, knowledgeable, friendly and effective. The issue was at the estimate, the plumber didn't take complete measurements of my existing tank after asking about doing so, which then at service caused the tank to not fully fit. Then he also forgot to place a water alarm. I was really rooting for em but despite this I still liked their services. Just a heads up I guess .

They replied real fast when I posted for help. They were here that afternoon, gave me a quote. Next day here to put it in. The gentleman putting it in was very polite and understanding of the messy garage. This was unexpected financially. The company worked with me on payment. The price I thought was a little high. My husband told me when he searched how much 50gal water heater with parts. The price was about right. Plus labor. He was ok with the price. Thank you for all your help. From making appt to coming to my house. Very polite and great job.

After a burst hot water supply line led to the discovery that our home needed all new water supply lines, we reached out to RossCo. Not only was RossCo's bid substantially lower than the others we received, the service we received was stellar! Jeff was very meticulous and communicative. We really appreciate the two long days you guys put in to get the job done! Jeff was out a few years ago to replace some faucets and a cracked sink and we are thankful he was able to help us out again. We highly recommend RossCo! Thank you!

I had them probe a storm drain that wasn't draining. They came out on schedule and found it was blocked. I decided to dig down to find the pipe. When I get there, I will have Rossco come back and make the repairs. They were great all around. I will update this review after the work is done. Expect kudos.

Rossco helped with my unscheduled dishwasher install. There were several corners cut on the plumbing by a prior home owner. Their employee was out to my place that afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgable, and expertly walked me through every step.

I cannot say enough good things! I am a Realtor and I had a client who had a couple plumbing issues and needed a professional. From the minute I called in and talked to Nadine, it was wonderful. She was so helpful and got the guys out right away. They worked efficiently and let us know what the thought the problem was. They came out the next day and fixed the issues and for way less than she thought it was going to be. I am so thankful for how quickly they remedied the issues and for them taking such good care of my client. I will recommend them to everyone.

Very overpriced for services rendered. In my opinion, I spoke with a very rude office person when I had questions on the bill. If you want to pay $640.00 for 20 minutes of work, then hire them. Its suppose to be a quote when they come to see the job. But you are not given a chance to decline them. This is all stated in my opinion. Will never use their services again.

Myzell came to my house for two projects. The first one was an emergency. The shower in one bathroom won't shut off. I had to turn off the main shut off valve on the street. He was able to replace the worn shower cartridge. Got lucky because he said that was the last one in his service truck. He saved the day. The second time was scheduled. He replaced the bad shower valve. It was a major project. He had to cut open the back side of the wall to access the valve. He got done in two hours. He did very well. He kept the work area clean. If and when there is another project I will definitely hire him again. I will recommend this business to my friends and relatives.

I called today about a same day appointment after I was no-showed by another company. They were able to accommodate me with an appointment just a few hours after I called. The customer service was wonderful, the work was great, plumbers were friendly and efficient and the price was right! I will absolutely be using them in the future and highly recommend them.
