“Every time I go there I always get a smile and a friendly transaction. Sometimes when I have a heavy, they guide me into a cheaper way and man, I feel they care about everyone. Good Job USPS. Today, I sent my wife there to post. She called me with the worse news. It was closed because of an incident. I dont know what happened. But all the Post Office Boxes have been moved and the Blue Postal box has a note on it DO NOT USE. What happened to America. Land of the Proud and home of the Free. Seems like people are more proud to be ruining America than make it better.”

“We live half way between the Bonney Lake post office and the South Prairie post office. We used the one in Bonney Lake for 6 months, and it was a nightmare! Between the long lines and the horrible parking lot, we couldn't wait for our 6 months to be over! Luckily, there was a box available in South Prairie. It has been a dream!!! Never any long lines to deal with, and the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. And the best part is the staff! So kind and friendly. So glad that we made the swap!!”

“This post office is located in downtown Puyallup. The building is old but the exterior looks nice though. I was able to park at the curbside. The interior was pretty clean. Customer service was great. When I arrived here there were a few people in line ahead of me. I was able to get assistance within a reasonable time about 25 minutes.”

“when I’m here in person, the workers are always kind and helpful. I’ll never forget i needed something for my birthday and it was during the ice storm in WA, i was really hoping i can get the package on that date. Due to Ivey roads the deliveries were delayed but the postal office was still opened and they helped me to intercept my package from the back and pick it up in the postal office since the delivery trucks weren’t going to make it out! Thankful for their support and diligence”

“The ladies working the front are very nice and helpful.There needs to be more help though. Although the ladies work very quickly, sometimes the traffic is very heavy, which makes the waiting process a lengthy one.”

“Someone needs to do something about this location, where are the funds going to come from to rebuild this location so it can provide a better service to the community of Bonney lake? No one wants this place to go on the way it operates one more day covid or not. Is it not up to our government to provide a better service an operate like were in 2020 not 1990. Our country is in how much debt an yet this place hasn't evolved like the rest of this state. All these politicians lining their bank accounts with our tax dollars, all our tax dollars being funneled off for personal gain an pleasure, look who pays for all that an gets what? Nothing.”

“It's been a couple weeks, but 2 of my packages showed delivered to my garage. I do not have a garage. And my packages were not anywhere on my property. I drove into the Graham post office to speak with someone about my packages being delivered but not to my address. The manager, Millie was very helpful. She located my packages and had a route carrier go back out to retrieve my packages that had been delivered to the wrong address and redelivered them to me. I had them within about an hour after Millie located them. I am grateful for Millie's quick investigation to find my packages and make things good. Thank you, Millie!! I appreciate you.”
“The Orting Post Office has been serving me and my family since we moved to Orting in 1994. They have always given us good service with a smile and because we have always had a P.O. Box they get to see us often! No complaints here!”
