Awesome team at Orting Glacier west, they were very helpful and showed me around. The person that met with me was maintenance filling in for Sales and I am impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I’m impressed by the staff here, not only did he get me a unit today. He also provided me with extra information, I told him that my business was outgrowing my house and needed storage for business purposes and I planned on moving to an office space very soon! He told me about glacier west plus in Spanaway and not only helped me with the short term cold storage but gave me options to pursue my business needs! Went above and beyond with the level of service! What a great team! Because of the level of service provided, I will definitely be checking out Glacier west plus and hopefully renting a unit there soon! It really made me count on them for my needs, and the services shown that they care about their customers and try to meet all your needs. I went from having expansions problems to expansion solutions for my business! Very positive and happy with my experience!

Great customer service. Smooth transaction. No glitches. They take storing my items with professionalism and care. If you need a cart to get your items from the car to the storage unit just ask the manager. They will arrange for one to be available for you. Good experience. Nice people. Don't hesitate to use this business. They have fair monthly rates. :)

I have used Glacier West (GW) Puyallup for my RV, and now also GW Orting for storage - their facilities are clean and secure, and rates are reasonable. Excellent service at both facilities - thank you Jamie & Henry!
