No matter what O'Reilly I end up at in different cities in Washington, I always experience the best service. You guys hire the right people who care and that's the key!
Today, I had a simple task-- get windshield wiper blades. Trevor, the Store Manager, was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He even took the time to come out and inspect my wiper blades.
I ONLY SHOP AT O'Reilly because of this reason and I will never stray.
Keep up the great work! On-line businesses you can't beat this service! :)

I headlight burned out and I went to O'Reilly Auto in Orting and they replaced both headlights for me and gave the old good one back to me.

We have used this Business for years. There has only been a handful (if not less) times that we weren't happy with our service. We spoke with management and the issue was also resolved right away. We have appreciated the years of partnership and the true dedication the staff have to assisting customers. Thank you for all yall do!

My son and I went there the night before last and walked in and nobody was around. We looked for some help and yelled a few times, still no one came out. After about 5 minute's I started to go out the door to check to see if someone was out back to get some help, finally my son said " Oh here comes someone". The gal came out from the back looked at me and gave me the dirtest look ever, she walked to the cash register not saying a word to us, not hello or sorry to make you wait, just a dirty look! So we said we needed some brake pads for a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, still she hasn't said one word to us. Looked it up on the computer turned around to go find the part, still not one word out of her mouth . Then she went to get the part came back, not giving us a choice of what if brake pads to get, which I knew there was at least 3 different brands because we called earlier to see what they carried. She put the pads on the counter and finally said " Charge or Cash"? Paid for them, then she asked " do you want a receipt? Said yes please and left. Not even a thank you as we were leaving from this "they call a" employee! If you don't like your job don't take it out on people who help pay your wages. Rudest employee ever!!
