Even when nothing goes wrong, this salon is mediocre at best. Expect to get cut and bleed if you get a pedicure, that is if you can even get the service you made an appoint for at all. I made an appointment for a pedicure for noon, arrived a few minutes early, got sat down in my chair at noon, and waited 40 minutes without a single word from any of the employees about what was going on. As soon as I asked for a towel to dry my feet off that had been soaking for 40 minutes, then they came up to me and said sorry they are running behind and someone will come right now to start my pedicure. I declined and chose to leave since my appointment was delayed 40 minutes without any communication from staff. I will not ever be returning and advise that anyone considering KC nails choose a different salon. Trust me, it’s worth it to drive farther away to have a decent nail salon experience which you will not find here!

Nothing special for 53.00 pedi/shelac polish, maybe 30 minutes, girl never spoke felt awkward no one in there when I got there..

I rarely get my nails done, because I am so picky. I went in today & I can say this was one of the best experiences! Everyone is so sweet who works there & Chow (spelling may be wrong) took her time on each nail with every step. THANK YOU KC Nail

I don’t ever give bad reviews…but this time I had to.
I just moved to orting, and thought I’d try this place out. I brought my mom and teenage daughter to get pedicures and full sets, first the price was already high for most nail salons in the area but then they wanted to add all these extra charges “for long nails”.. when my nails weren’t long at all ,they cut off more than half of them! I don’t even like long nails.
They are not friendly….didn’t engage in any conversation with us at all!!! I ended up paying $145!!!! for a regular full set and pedicure, nothing special.
when I tried to say something about the cost they acted like they couldn’t understand me and “that I was the one confused “”so I just paid it and left…Not worth my time to argue with them.I really feel like they were trying to get over on us, and they did. Never will go back.

Great service. Every time I come in I am seen and taken care of pretty quickly and everyone is always so nice. I've only come in a handful of times for pedicures and eyebrow waxing, definitely one of my favorite salons. Pricing is good and actually reasonable especially their great customer service with it. 10/10 Everytime?
Definitely recommend y'all to get a pedicure here ?

I cannot recommend KC Nails enough. I’ve had my nails done from Enumclaw to Seattle to San Francisco to Dallas and I cannot express how absolutely PLEASED I have been every single time I have gone here. They do an amazing fashion nail, great pedicures, and are well worth the cost. I know some nearby nail salons might be renovated and give you booze but their sets do not compare. Thank you ladies for another beautiful full set ❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly and fast service and they did a beautiful job on our nails! My daughter wanted a design on hers and the nail tech free handed the design perfectly and did not use a stencil. We will definitely be back and recommend KC Nails 100%!!Services: Sculpted nails

I’m not sure if they have new people now or changed ownership, but I haven’t been there in over a year because I was very unhappy with my nails every time I had gone. Today I decided to try again and it was so worth it. Everything about this experience was 5stars! Definitely going back!Services: Nail art

Completely skipped the manicure part of a manicure. I've never felt so rushed through, I wanted gel and she talked me into dip that turned out to be a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately, messy sloppy job

Gel polish usually doesn’t t chip for at least two - 3 weeks but this is how my toes looked when I got home yesterday. The design is not well executed. And it’s already extremely chipped. Very disappointed especially since last time I visited they did an amazing job.

Everything was good except these 2 mild criticisms.1) my heals we really cracked and rough, and only minor attention was paid them. They are sort of smooth now, but the cracks are there. I will have to work on them and it has only been 5 days.2) the massage for feet and legs was more like a lotion rub. No tissue work at all until a wooden roller was implemented, and it also was a superficial massage.They did get me in right away so that was good.
