I just received my inspection report and I am incredibly satisfied! This experience has been on point from the moment I made my first phone call to them. (Well, really Before that as I did my research checking reviews of the inspectors in my area and Finishing Touch Home Inspections came out in the lead even before I made the call.)I spoke w Dominic and explained what I needed and he set up an appt for Roger to come and check out the manufactured home I was looking to purchase.His arrival was spot on and his communication with me as he worked was very informative and he was very thorough in his inspection which included pictures to back up the report.This was during an unusual cold snap/holidays and Roger needed to return the next week which he did in a timely fashion. The report was immediately emailed following his final inspection.As a business owner myself who values customer service above everything, I would highly recommend Finishing Touch Home Inspection to anyone looking for this type of service and working with knowledgeable, friendly, efficient employees.

Dominic was professional & very thorough. He ended up with a large amount of detailed notes in short time, which he patiently walked us through one by one. On top of this, he ordered the most important items and grouped similar areas together so we could prioritize which projects to tackle first. A huge help & reassurance as first time home buyers. Dominic also compiled a detailed inspection report with pictures, notes, priority, and also grouped them into sections that would likely be easier to work on at the same time. We went from being completely uncertain about the house to feeling very prepared & empowered to get to work. I highly recommend and would work with again.

As first time homebuyers purchasing a 100 year old house, my wife and I were set on having a thorough inspection. We were introduced to Dominic at the recommendation of our excellent realtor, and the glowing review of a family member who had just worked with him on an even older home. Even still, I operated off the advice of older peers and reached out independently to multiple highly-reviewed inspectors. In the end, we still went with Dominic, who stood out to us after a phone call quickly revealed his attentiveness, transparency, and patience with my many questions.The inspection process was no different. We were purchasing remotely, so we asked Dominic for an extremely thorough report with many pictures. He delivered accordingly, and sat us down for a two hour discussion during which he painstakingly went through each picture one by one and answered a multitude of questions. Over the last couple months, he's even been kind enough to answer questions on home projects and provide invaluable insight on DIY projects, despite having no obligation to do so. I honestly can't recommend Finishing Touch enough - he'll put your mind at ease.

We had the pleasure of working with Dominic on a home inspection for us. Dominic was extremely thorough and professional and did an outstanding job of communicating with us what issues he identified and why they were significant to us. Can't recommend him highly enough!

Dominic runs his business with excellent practice. He takes care of his clients any way possible. If only more businesses had the same ethics as Dominic (Finishing Touch Home Inspection).Please keep doing what you do.Would use services again!
