We had the best experience with Susan Copeland and Copeland Accounting & Tax Service. Our family's taxes were complicated this year, so I did some research in looking for a tax professional. I liked Susan immediately from the first phone call. She was so friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy & professional - and really took her time to explain to us processes we didn't understand and was very thorough in looking for every tax deduction that we were eligible for. Her office was warm & inviting as well, and we appreciated that our time with her was not rushed as well as her depth of expertise in all of our tax questions and specific situation. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants to make sure that they are getting every applicable tax deduction for their situation, as well as an easy, enjoyable tax experience.

Susan is so wonderful and patient. She will make sure to explain everything thoroughly until you understand. Nard is beyond amazing, she makes my life ten times easier. Organized, efficient, and most important able to adapt to whatever need I through at them. Priceless!!

JUST RUN AWAY!! Seriously, you need to work with someone trust-worthy when doing taxes - this company is not that! Susan Copeland is the owner. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional outfit. Each year, Susan Copeland hires a new set of ignorant assistants to work in her office who cannot answer basic questions and the online 'portal' they use for providing documents for your appointment is horrible - the staff cannot explain how it works, how to login, or help with it at all. The treatment I received by this company in-person was even worse than over the phone. Susan was horribly unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend them or use them again. Go somewhere else if you're looking for respectful staff and answers to your tax questions - this outfit does NOT want to answer questions or be helpful. When I asked valid tax questions, I was told to go somewhere else. People who say they are in the tax business should want to and be willing to answer tax questions - especially when you're paying them to do so!! I walked out after receiving terrible treatment by Susan Copeland and her staff. Being judgmental and disrespectful are not helpful when running a business, Susan Copeland. Don't waste your time or money here! If I could rate Susan Copeland's company a ZERO star, I would. There are plenty of accountants in the area - choose carefully - and go somewhere else!
