We were privileged to stay in this little gem of a park for about a year, and only left because we bought a house in the area. Very secluded and secure with a drive through the gated neighborhood to get to the park a bonus for us...lots of kids playing and deer roaming freely, always something to see.The owner was always obliging and professional in his dealings with us, and the park manager is a good guy who's conscientious and quick to help with any issues that arise.

I have been renting a lot at the storage yard for about two years now and can’t say enough good things. From the moment I inquired about rates and availability the management was upfront, courteous and very quick to respond. They worked with me to find a spot that would work at a very, very reasonable rate.

I only gave one star because of the rule about RV's needing to be ten years old or newer. I have been looking for a place to go and most rv parks have this requirement. It seems unfair and almost prejudiced. But they are entitled to discriminate against the age of an rv because they are the owners. If people realized that if others had a place to park older vehicles they wouldn't be seeing so many homeless people on the streets in rvs

convenient storage facility. It would be nice if they had surveillance cameras.Price is comparable. Fenced off area, hard to get a storage spot for your RV/boat. Small storage lot.

My husband and I stayed at the Buttes RV park from March-May 2019 and were very impressed with our experience. It was small, intimate, quiet, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. The neighbors were friendly and respectful. The park is surrounded by trees and nestled in the hills of Orting. Jun, the park owner was incredibly friendly and helpful and Sarah, the park manager, is also friendly and helpful. They made our experience very pleasant.
