Business Solutions has been a great partner for our environmental services business labeling needs. We require thousands of labels of all types that need to stick to tanks for long periods of time. The employees are always effectively communicating, promptly filling orders, they use good enough materials to get the job done but not break the bank, and we just keep adjusting our needs yet somehow they manage to stay on top of it for us. Couldn't ask for a better vendor, can't wait to give them more business and see how the promotional material turns out.

I called Business Solutions Center in Orting on Monday afternoon, tired and a bit overwhelmed, needing to delegate a last-minute project. You see, my friend passed away, leaving her two young adult sons to plan her Catholic funeral, and they hadn't ordered any prayer cards. The Rosary service was that evening, and the funeral in less than 24 hours. I still had to arrange the flowers for the funeral, among other things you do for dear friends, but this was essential. Dan took my call and kindly said they could help. I sent over the art files I'd created with some difficulty -- which needed a bit of adjusting, and he said he could format them. He suggested I come in and select the card stock. Here's when Dan became exactly the professional I needed. "Dan, can you please do this for me. I have no time. Pretend my friend is your sister, and make the most beautiful, most perfect prayer cards you can." And he did. He chose an elegant white woven card stock which printed beautifully. The image and text on the front lined up well with the prayer on the back, and they cut them all to size for me. I picked them up on my way to church. The 100 people who picked up the cards will place them in their bibles, or with other keepsakes, and remember my friend for many years to come. I would have gladly paid twice what Business Solutions Center charged. Service, quality, and kindness are a winning combination, at any price, and I wish this company all the success they desire.
