They are always helpful and friendly. I had 2 keys made this time, and they both worked! I've had bad luck in the past getting keys made other places.

Arrow lumber & harware in Orting has never let us down. After running around to the other stores and failing to find what we needed. Arrow has come thru for us. Great customer service ! And it’s nice that they have propane filling available too!

Their lumber is much better quality than the big chain stores, they know what products the do and do not have, and they always have people who can help you figure out what you really need. And they're only a mile from my house.

I called and they had 1 air conditioner left and Tim was nice enough to hold it for 15 minutes. We were exhausted, hot and tired. The wonderful lady up front was sweet and the boys in the yard were really fast. Thank you for chilling our family out!!

Tim is knowledgeable and helpful, and the whole staff is really friendly. I've been here many times since moving to Orting and it's always a positive experience. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Wonderful little town skilled hardware store. Each experience is always fun, And more knowledgeable sometimes! I will recommend stopping here and seeing if they have what you need before moving on to the next. And I recommend the coffee shop across the street too!

Very disappointed with the company not enforcing masking up as it clearly states on their door. The employee wasn't masked and was unwilling to help after being questioned on being unmasked.The manager didn't seem to care when approached on the issue, but he was masked.
