Always, always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are SUPER clean, king/kitchen with has all you need. You'd hope for that friendly factor in a small town, these folks take it to another very personable level. Love our stays there, love Oroville.

My go to place in Oroville. Clean and convenient. Quiet and friendly staff. Conveniently located downtown next to restaurants.

I've lived in the area for many years and I've been going to this motel on and off for almost as many years occasionally getting the jacuzzi room to relax and help my chronic pain and it has always been a delight. Unfortunately It had been almost a year since my last visit and I guess that management has changed. This trip was not normal as it was my Christmas gift from a friend.First there was a issue with how the reservation was booked and the ladys attitude was far less than welcoming. She literally seemed irritated to check me in. I had also arranged for a late checkout and cleared it with the guy at the desk yet had housekeeping pounding on my door while I was in the jacuzzi by normal checkout AND my roommate received a message on our answering machine 13 minutes later about why I had not checked out by 11:13am. If late checkout is not possible then don't tell people it is and then harass them for being there. And lastly what really grossed me out. When I went to go to sleep I noticed that there was a pink spot on the bottom sheet, like coolaid or something. I was exhausted and I assumed that it was a permanent stain until I stripped the bed the next morning and noticed the matching Pink spot on the mattress cover so it wasn't a stain, it just hadn't been changed from whenever whoever spilled it had stayed there. This experience was a sincer disappointment and I will be finding a different jacuzzi room to rent when I want to relax from now on.

Great location if you need to be in Oroville very friendly staff. Only complaint was that the floor of my room was quite dirty. I stayed for one night and never felt comfortable enough to take my shoes off until I got in bed.Walkability: Easily walkable to all Oroville's restaurants.

Great staff and location but desperately in need of a face lift.Clean overall bit with no designated smoking area folks smoke in front of rooms and smoke travels.Does have an EV charging station and pool.Book ahead for summer usage as it fills quickly during those days.Rooms: Clean but dated and generally wornNearby activities: Right in the middle of Oroville but that IS NOT the draw. Great hiking, fishing, hunting and birding all around.Skiing, both cross country and downhill, snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter. One brewery and pizza place best food options in townWalkability: Oroville is only 2 miles square and hotel is in the middle. Walk amywhere.

Well, the manager asked me to leave a review so here goes…. This motel also doubles as an emergency homeless shelter for the county. It’s a homeless encampment masquerading as a motel. There are mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. Not the type of people you want to share a door with. People were smoking right in front of my door. People talking outside my door in the middle of the night. The staff is useless. I should have stayed in Omak. When I brought my concerns to Celeste the manager, she told me that she’s “new at this and is doing her best”. Keep trying…..Rooms: Dated and dirty. Sheets are clean but that’s it. The room desperately needs a deep cleaning. Everywhere I looked there was hair and dust.Safety: Homeless addicts roaming freely. Blowing cigarette smoke in your face every time you step out of the room.Walkability: Oroville is a one horse town. Everything is walkable.Noteworthy details: Swim at your own risk. The pool is disgusting. They don’t maintain the chemicals properly.

we stayed there the past 8 years , new managers this year. Room has broken bed one side , stained carpet and bed spread. the smoke detector was missing and resident next door said his had no batteries, he advised manager second day and nothing done. The residents who live there should be in different part as a guest u walk to your room stepping over pans , chairs and junk outside their rooms. Asked for towels 4 days ? Wife of manager said problems with housekeepers.this has gone down hill, very dirty and unsafe !!!!

They are friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, quiet at night and 2 eating places just across the street.Safety: They make sure that their patrons are safe and undisturbed.Food & drinks: There isn't a lot of options here, but there is a pizza place across the street that also does some really good breakfast stuff, coffee and pastries. There is also a good Mexican restaurant right across the street.Noteworthy details: They made sure to take my comfort to heart, by ensuring I got a room by the office. After I left after my first night, I found that I had to stay an extra night. They are super great at helping you.

Mirroring much of what was said previously, but yes: helpful staff, quiet room, clean, walking distance to everything needed. AC worked great and shower water was plenty hot. Was perfect for an overnight stay on a motorcycle trip. Very reasonable prices, as well.Rooms: Retro, Clean and Comfortable.Walkability: Close to everything one would need while staying.

The best staff. Good rooms and everything working in this place. I was worried about coming to Oroville for business because I didn't know where I would stay, but Camaray took care of my worries.

Great place to stay. It is a little older but clean and right at the Main Street. You will find anything you need in walking distance. The owner is incredibly nice. We had a great stay here!

Even though it is right by Main St, it was super quiet, it was clean, service was great, and they made accommodations for us as we had my almost 100 year old Mother with us. They went out of their way to make sure they found us adjoining rooms on the bottom floor. Price is very reasonable. I would stay here again.
