This was the least painful DMV experience I have ever had. It was actually pleasant. The woman who helped me was very kind and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes for an out of state license exchange as a walk in.

Best experience with DOL ever. Didn't get the gentleman's name that helped us, but he was super patient, kind, and articulate. Really appreciative of the service, and they were very efficient.

I only waited in line for a couple of minutes, and I got in and out in a reasonable time. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed for an Enhanced I.D (Real I.D)
