“Great local feed store with a wide variety of quality hay, grain, feed, and supplies for your horses and animals. Friendly, helpful staff are always happy to help if you have questions.”
“We always stop by this pet shop when we run low on dog and cat treats. You can get bulk dog biscuits for very cheap too. Everyone is really nice here, and they even carry specialty dog food brands that aren't sold online! We love getting new treats for our animals to try at home.”

“They always have what we need! Even when you don't need more chickens they let you know their new chicks are there and that automatically means you need more chickens!! They read your mind!”

1503 NE 78th St Suite 15, Vancouver“This is a jewel of a place for pet stuff, we've been going here for a long time. The service is always great. They have a lot of different inventory, so I need help on a regular basis. It's never a bother to them. There is lots of free parking in the strip mall area. Check it out!”
“Went here looking for a coat for our mini schnauzer Willie. Found one that worked and fit him well. Great selection of dog food and treats. Went back there a few days later and bought a large bag of low fat dog food. Prices are very reasonable here and they do have a rewards program. Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our new go to store for our dogs needs.”
“The staff at the Battle Ground store are always so helpful, courteous and professional. Appreciate your efforts on the little purchases, the pallets of feed, fencing materials, and of course...the chicks.”
“I was looking for a harness for a very small dog with a big belly. Other harnesses haven't fit well on her. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. She's a very shy girl, and they were so careful to make sure she was comfortable before touching her and helping put the harness on her. I was very impressed. I'll definitely be back!”
“Always helpful and very friendly! My dog was having stomach issues with the food we had previously had him on it and they were able to help me find a better fit for him and I haven’t had any issues since.”
“Lola discovered the Filling Station many months ago on a walk and she’s never looked back. She knows the route and loves to go visit her friends for a snack. We love the selection and the ability to test and try different items. But mostly, we love how wonderful and helpful the staff have always been. Truly a neighborhood treasure.”
“Hats off to Rachel T who rang up my purchases today. She actually walked around her counter to place my purchased items in my cart! I believe in the 5+ years I've been shopping there, this is the first time a clerk was this helpful. As a 65+ adult, it was truly a blessing that she took the time to put the items in my basket. Thank you, Rachel T.!!!!”

3275 NE Killingsworth St, Portland“My dog loved coming here because they would give her testers and until she passed away, she became completely hooked on their freeze dried lamb liver treats, we ended up buying a large stock as to not run out, ever.I miss coming in here for her to sniff about and picking up something nice for herself, it's fun to watch a dog shop around.”
“It's not a bad place to work. Family friendly atmosphere. Only negative I can articulate is training is by fire, you are thrown to the wolves as mid management. Otherwise it's a great place to work with awesome folks. Extremely clean warehouse.”
“Robyn always goes above and beyond for us. Always taking extra time with our wild golden doodle. She has helped tremendously to help him overcome his fears. we are so thankful for her and the team!”
“Don and his wife have always been so kind and always remember our dogs and greet us happily! They are very helpful and my pets love to go in for treats and new toys. This is a backpack we purchased! We use it all the time for hiking”
“The experience with these folks was amazing. They were so sweet and I could tell my boy was cared for and loved for the second the momma had him. I am so happy with the whole experience and have the best boy in the world!”
“This is a great shelter to adopt an animal from and we just adopted a dog from it. Visiting dogs or cats while they are in their kennels is very straight-forward, just walk in during open hours, animals available for adoption also are listed on their website. The shelter is large and had so many dogs available for adoption. If interested in adopting a meet and greet with the animal is arranged with an adoption counsellor present. This is to both make sure adopted pets go to as perfect a situation as possible, and to clearly understand any special need a pet might have. We had some issues getting that visit set up through the website and ended up calling in to arrange for it. Note that in order to arrange the meet and greet they are expecting a level of commitment to making an adoption decision, so when going for in for that one has to be serious about about adopting. The adoption fees are around $450-500, which seems fair given they include spay or neuter. Recommended.”
“I have been buying their cat food for around 7 years. I'm fairly certain it added a few quality years of life to my IBD/pancreatitis cat who passed away at 18 a couple years ago. She was diagnosed with her illnesses at around 14 or 15 and it was looking grim at the time. Once we got her diet straight, she thrived for a few more years, and even her vets were surprised how far she had come. I believe NWN food played a major role in her recovery. One of my current feline housemates loves their freeze dried rabbit now, and it's about 99% of her diet because it's all she wants usually. There were a couple times I had questions or concerns over the years, and their customer service is amazing. Tanya went above and beyond for our little furry buddy, and it's much appreciated! Great company with amazing service! Don't hesitate to support these folks, and make your pets happier and healthier!”
“We re getting ready to move and wanted to make sure our 2 cats aren't panicked and anxious thru the process. Tina (the fish lady lol) was so super helpful and willing to answer all my crazy questions! I love this store already but she made it that much better! Thank you for your dedication to all things animal!”
9AM - 9PM
8820 NE 5th Ave, Vancouver“My husband and I had wandered in an hour before closing to pick up supplies in the hopes of getting a cat in the near future. Of course immediately upon walking in we saw a pair of bonded kittens that needed a home!
George met with us and helped us through the adoption application process so that the next day we could come back and adopt (since it was understandably too late to do the whole process that night). We returned the next day and George made sure that the application went through, let us meet the kittens, and then once they were officially adopted helped us carry everything out to the car.
He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole adoption process smooth and painless. Thank you so much for helping us adopt these kittens!”
“I love this Petco, the staff is always happy and helpful. Their well stocked and the grooming department especially Tessa, she did a wonderful job on my shihpoo.”

“Very friendly and helpful, didn’t upsell me and helped me find ways around having to spend money on items I didn’t need. She i an inventor, entrepreneur and inspiration.”
