OHMYGOSH! Where do I even begin? I had been without a vehicle for almost six months. Until Pedro saved the day! I absolutely love my Subaru Legacy more than I ever thought I would. Pedro took the time to work with me and what I could afford and it was worth the wait. I also need to thank RJ for just being the wonderful person he is! I do have to say the people inside and the main people I worked with directly in the service department were great to work with, the people who worked on my car I could say otherwise. I brought my SUV in for a/c issues the past 2 summers (not blowing cold air). They replaced my a/c lines the ‘22 summer, and condenser last summer. Again I found my a/c not blowing cold air. Within the last few days I brought it to another Chevy service department here on the west side for the same issue. They found the previously “replaced” a/c lines were incorrectly installed - not sealed/clamped right. Resulting in having to spend more money to have them replaced again.

I would like to share my amazing purchase with Sunrise Chevrolet, First, the salesperson is very nice and friendly his name is William Peralta. He assisted me and give me helpful information about the car I purchase of course, before coming into the dealership do not forget to set an appointment since the store has a lot of customers every day they need to be aware that we are coming. overall experience was great and awesome. Looking forward to purchasing another one in the future.

Beware if you purchase a used vehicle with no code lights. I suggest you buy or borrow an OBD reader and bring it with you before signing anything. Codes can be deleted making a vehicle appear to be without issues until you purchase it, drive it around for a week and then find out over half your cylinders are misfiring and there's severe safety recalls you weren't informed about. When you think going to a dealer is going to be safer or more honest than a private party, think again.

I needed an oil change on my Audi. I reached out to Sunrise and spoke to Rj in the service department. He was able to get my car in the next day ! My drop off (outside of business hours) was super easy (Rj walked me through the whole process before hand) . I was able to pay my balance over the phone before I arrived to make pick up faster ! When I arrived to pick up my car , it was parked out front , super clean (which I didn’t expect) and when I walked into the service department I was greeted by 3 diff employees! I appreciate the 5+ star customer service I received !!! Thank you Rj and Sunrise team !

Amazing experience and easy process of buying my first car! Pedro and Brad at Sunrise were extremely helpful getting me into the vehicle I wanted and needed.
