Beware if you purchase a used vehicle with no code lights. I suggest you buy or borrow an OBD reader and bring it with you before signing anything. Codes can be deleted making a vehicle appear to be without issues until you purchase it, drive it around for a week and then find out over half your cylinders are misfiring and there's severe safety recalls you weren't informed about. When you think going to a dealer is going to be safer or more honest than a private party, think again.

Never buy a used vehicle from this business! If you buy a new vehicle from them, they treat you well. If it is used, not so much. Bought a Volkswagen from them that had a transmission issue. They told me they would have it repaired. Then I completed the sale. They fought me for weeks trying to get out of the repair they had promised. Also, they told me that the timing belt was new. Nope, it broke, causing the pistons to hit the valves, requiring the head to be rebuilt. Of course, not covered under the ridiculous warranty, which only covers things not likely to ever fail. Dome light switches did not work. Turns out this was caused by faulty door latch mechanisms. Actually should have been covered by the extra warranty they sold me on. Nope. They wouldn't work on it, nor provide a work order for VW to fix it. Car had a cracked windshield. State law requires dealers to replace cracked windshields prior to selling a vehicle. They used this as a reason to not negotiate the sale price (which was so high that the bank did not even want to approve the loan at first). Same with the bald tires (original equipment). Cars must be street legal in order to be sold at a dealership. Cracked windshields, bald tires, amongst other things like blown-out exhausts, non-functional safety equipment, etc. must be repaired or replaced prior to the new owner taking possession of the vehicle. Sunrise Chevrolet doesn't agree, tries to avoid these repairs and make you, the prospective customer, shoulder the costs of the lemon they are trying to sell you. I have heard that, if you buy a used Chevy/GMC from them, they treat you a little bit better due to the fact that they can do the repairs there in their shop. If it is any other make, they want nothing to do with you after the sale. They've got your money, and they don't care if you ever come back, which we won't.

These guys are AMAZING! My husband and I had our car break down while while on vacation, the oil pan hit a rock and was leaking oil. They not only got our car in and replaced the oil pan but they were able to rent us a car so we could get back to western WA until our car was down. Everyone was so kind and friendly and it made me proud once again to be a Chevy owner... That experience could have gone so much differently.

unbelievable what they did to us, we were i a head on collision with an alleged drunk driver who was on the wrong side of the road. Our car was totaled. we contacted sunrise Chevrolet and purchase a car online. sent them a check for the full amount. we are waiting for delivery and are told that even though they were paid in full, they want another $500 for us to get the care, they said they gave us the wrong price, this a week after they received payment in full. car was not delivered and they told us if we don't like it, they don't care. They said pay another $500 or your not getting the car.
