“My friends were gifted a snowblower for Christmas from their children. It was to be delivered in a few days. Excitement is an understatement. A week goes by no snowblower, no phone call nothing. Please note it was paid for in full at the time it was ordered at the store. Apparently the snowblower arrived and was sold to someone else. We suspect it was sold to either a friend or family member of an employee. The kids got their money back, and they are now waiting for a Wenatchee store to deliver a snowblower. Now we have 20+ inches of snow and this would’ve been very useful to have.”
