The staff is always friendly and Shantelle is always amazing! Having access to a safe ATM after hours is always a plus? you also have instant access to your full deposits, they don't hold it, and they offer mobile deposits as well

I have always been given fantastic customer service at any of their branches in Okanogan County Wa. This is the only bank I have used or needed in the last 20 years. I would without a doubt recommend them to family and friends.I am pleased to have such a customer-oriented business handling my banking needs.

If you work in the I-502 industry do not bank here they want deposit or cash any of your checks. I've been in probsbly 6 different times in the last 3 months and the ATM was down and their internet was down and had to drive to the okanogan branch just to do a deposit. The workers are nice enough, but they won't reverse overcharge fees besides "just once" as they put it. They also dont call you if you overdraft your account because of a recurring payment such as insurance or phone bill, and that's even with overdraft protection. They have free checking but to me it's not worth it or convenient enough so I'll be changing back to chase and setting up a free account there. Their app is also not user friendly at all, I just wouldn't suggest banking here at all.

Most importantly, they don't hold your deposits a day like our prev bank, which constantly caused our account to be overdrawn when we did our payday shopping, (incorrectly thinking we had money in our account because we had made a deposit...)
