We were recently in need of a new dryer. We stopped at LaDoux's and found a very helpful salesperson. Their prices were competitive and my wife found what she was looking for. In less than a week our new dryer was installed. The installer was very professional and took care in protecting our house during installation. We were extremely pleased with his service.

run away from these crooks! they have horrible customer service skills and they don't care. they tout that they are appliance repair experts and all I can say about that is to take a walk into the laundromat by Pizza Hut. they own it and half of the machines are not running and broken down. The tech said they have trouble getting parts but the truth is they don't know how to fix them And they have been broken down for months if not years in the case of a couple of the machines.

WOW, not sure what happened to this store. Used to shop there often even though I moved out of town, I still tried to buy from them when I could. Then I call for a little info and the lady answering phones is absolutely rude, curt and unprofessional. I am all done doing business with LaDouxs!!! What a shame. So disappointed ?

I had a dishwasher that their serviceman came to repair. he said I needed a new dishwasher because it wouldn't drain the water. I have been hand washing my dishes...ugh!! My husband had to repair my kitchen faucet and was under our sink and noticed that the drain line for the dishwasher was kinked shut so he unkinked it and now the dishwasher works. I went to the store to speak to the manager about this situation. She told me she couldn't find any charges to my account for the appointment but it showed they had come to my house. I asked if they did appointments for free and she said that no they didn't but she couldn't find the charge. I would have to show them the receipt or payment but since it was longer than 6 months she would not do any refund. How can a repairman check a dishwasher that doesn't drain and not look at the drain hose?? I told her that I thought her bookkeeping was very poor and she then told me to leave the store and never come back. She stated that I'd never be able to enter the store again. I told her if she would just ask politely for me to leave I would. She wouldn't and said that she was going to call the police unless I left the store. Finally, she said please and I left. I paid for a service call that they told me my dishwasher would be too expensive to fix and I needed a new one. It's working now that the drain hose isn't kinked shut.

Charged $150 for service call. 3 weeks later, no parts yet. Forgot to order. Will not do business there after our appliance idsfixed.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever the girl who answers the phones obviously hates her job! Spent a week trying to get her to schedule me a service call and after being refused many times (to schedule the appointment) I gave up and fixed my dryer myself! Her excuse was that they had many calls for service which is completely unacceptable you have a calendar schedule the appointment! I will never do business with them again! Don’t bother calling them if you have a problem!

I was so happy to find a small business who knows who the customers are. Figured I would be treated well because it must be hard to stay in business when you're competing with big box stores. So I bought all my appliances for my new house there. I've been screwed around ever since. I was so wrong about them. I wonder how they stay in business. Stay away. Stay very far away!

Went in to look for new stove. The person that helped? Waited on me? She wasn't rude she seemed to be put out that I was there. Answered my questions in one word answers and was very condensing in attitude. As if I were putting her out. I will not be giving them any of my business. I don't expect sales people to lick my shoes but I do expect to be treated nicely not as a nuisance.

The worst service ever! The rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to, they obviously don’t want or deserve your money!Our Whirlpool dryer stopped functioning after a power outage, we filled out a service request online. We received an email stating our repair would performed 1 week later, between 8-4. No one contacted us, at 4 pm we called as no one showed up. We were told that, Whirlpool “doesn’t schedule for them!” That, “they will call 2-3 days before they come for service…” No apology given for not contacting us. No apology for not showing up. I voiced frustration, I was told I needed to find another service provider, because I didn’t purchase from them.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could have chosen a minus rating, it would have been a minus 10 stars. I was charged 185.00 diagnosis fee. I had them out in February and it still isn't repaired. I called several times and kept being told they would be out " next week". I had two appliances to repair, a True commercial freezer, which I informed him was the most urgent, and my clothes dryer. He ca.e and put a small circut board in the dryer. Took 5 minutes and I was charged another 285.00. Still no freezer repair. I called three weeks ago and was told he would be out that week. No show, no call. Just called again and was informed he no longer worked there and that they no longer do refrigeration. What kind of business does this and doesn't bother to call waiting customers? Don't bother with them.

You know it’s gotta be bad when you take the time out of your day to write a review online. ??♂️ bought a stove for $500 that was supposedly a year old. Got it home and installed and then happened to look up the serial number. It was over 10yrs old. So. . . I guess shame on me. It’s a small town and unfortunate that the sales lady didn’t know that info or did and was specifically lying about it.

do not believe their quote. They do not stand by it. Charged more for labor because the fuel prices went up that day even though we had already scheduled an appointment. Part was quoted at 150 but they charged 172.50. They use second hand parts because this is the second time they replaced the same part. Very very unhappy. Sure do miss Levi who used to work for sears doing repairs. Atleast Levi was fair and not a rip off.
