What on earth is up with the customer service when I call? I'm going to drive 2 hours to this location and customer service can't answer basic questions before I make the drive.Customer service doesn't even think this location exists. ?

My cat litter was left after dark at the head of my plowed driveway in the snow, without any plastic to cover its cardboard box. The boxes are soaking wet, but fortunately the product is without damage. However, I had to go out there myself in the dark to retrieve them to prevent that damage.
