I see these ppl sometimes three times a week. My whole family goes here.. love the doctor and they hold parental classes and therapy as well..Plus a on site pharmacy as well

I REALLY like my doctor, Dr. Randy Robbins! He truly cares for my well being, I feel, which is something I normally don't feel from doctors. He has helped me immensely with several things. I feel bad because I'm a difficult (I'm emotional and tend to misunderstand things) patient with TONS of health problems but he's so nice to me, and asks questions that other doctors never have asked me. He helped me with my back and legs and let me tell you, the gabapentin and other medicine I got have given me SO MUCH RELIEF from my pain it made me cry because I realized just how much pain I was really in... I can bathe myself and i dont get woken up from so much pain that causes me to throw up too!!! I can sleep more than 1 or 2 hours a night, and I'm so SO incredibly thankful. That gabapentin helped my legs SO immensely! ? THANK YOU DOCTOR RANDY ROBBINS!! if you go to this clinic I HIGHLY recommend this doctor, 10/10! He refers me to where I need and does so promptly. I'm glad I finally found a doctor that cares and helps me with EVERY THING I HAVE NEEDED HIS HELP WITH! ❤️?????

I am insulin dependent and up until recently I have used this pharmacy. 4 different times they have had an "issue" with my refill order that has caused me to go without my needed medications with no call to alert me to a problem. I have spoken with BOTH pharmacists who agreed the treatment i recieved was unacceptable, but it has happened four times now. When asked by my doctor and myself to send my prescriptions to another pharmacy, I again got excuses and the run around. I have currently been without one of my 3 insulins for over a week as well as another medication that has severe side effects if it is stopped abruptly. I called in my refills on 11/6/22. As of today the 16th, I have recieved nothing but excuses. I have reported them to the department of health. Gross medical negligence has been my experience. They see no problem playing games with medications Iiterally need to live!

This used to be a wonderful clinic! I was a patient for many years until recently when the doctors gave me the run around multiple times, messed up my medications, and at my last appointment, the doctor stated he refused to take responsibility of me as a patient and told me to go to the emergency room. My chart note for the visit stated things that were completely unrelated and referrals to places I never was told about. If those would have gone through it would be considered medical fraud. I just hope that everyone who goes there double checks everything so they don’t get overcharged or the clinic paid for things they didn’t do.

I wouldn't be sober if it wasn't for the people working here in the suboxone opioid treatment dept. They are awesome. This clinic has everything a person needs all in one clinic.. physical ,emotional, all areas are covered here.

They prescribed me methocarbomal. Then when I called in with severe side affects they toyed around with me over the phone treating me like a piece of trash. I would be glad to change my rating if they would step up for me and my testicular pain as well as nerve pain in my neck on top of psoriasis pain. None of which have been reduced even a little. I will be seeking compensation from the company that made methocarbomal. Which made pain worse

I don't like doctor visits but these guys are trying to be fairly tech edgy and I really like it. Plus they got me on a program that I'm absolutely amazed with. Thank you Dr. Sterling! You have been more of a help than any doctor I've visited in the last 5 years anyhow. I really appreciate the care you shown for my situation and I hope many mamy grand things come your way. You are truly deserving of them!

Really no help, just wanted to give me antibiotics which is not condusive to my auto immune issues and if I am having problems with black mold all that will do is kill me sooner then later!

Always super friendly. A clinic you can walk into without feeling like your being judged which I feel is rare. They are sometimes a little behind but for the most part once you get called back it seems to go fairly quick no matter what your there for.
