We got two units. First month, we had to run our card twice because the machine couldn't read it, no big deal, it did go through the second time. We opt for auto pay. The second month we were told auto pay didn't work and we owed, plus late fee. Ok, so we re set up auto pay, and paid. Third month, same thing. Now I'm mad. Fourth and last month, our bank statement says the bill was paid. Cool. We called, yup, bill is paid, lock is off, you are good to go. Sweet. We rent a huge U-Haul, spending around $400, go up to get our stuff. One unit is open, second is locked. We barely had a quarter of truck loaded. Called, no answer, couldn't find anyone around. It was closing, so we had to go home. Called again, they said oh, your all paid. So we go back the next week, lock is STILL ON. We ask what's going on, we are told we hadn't paid. Shows them bank statements, and they changed to well, you didn't pay the first month. We finally decided to just pay so we could go home. Called, told them we knew we had paid, they said we didn't. Last time I will ever use them, they don't give you a code to the gate either, so that's open all day with seemingly no security, so I didn't feel like my stuff was safe either.

Too many mistakes on their part, wasted lots of extra money because they don't communicate together and make sure they listen to the customer. Locked me out and made me waste an additional 300$ on a second U-Haul because they didn't pay the full balance as requested. Called for help they said they'd call me back which never happened.

They do not give out a code to enter and the gate is open during daytime hours which makes it inconvenient and not so safe!

The good things about renting here are that your stuff is secure behind a locked gate with clean units. They close at 6pm which is cutting it close as far as the work day goes. The down side is that it is nearly impossible to get customer support if you have questions or when it's time to check out of the unit. I've been trying for 3 weeks to confirm my check out and have left 4 messages at the office without any return calls or emails from the mystery person the very kind office staff says they are passing my messages onto. I can find no way to terminate my online account and payments that you are required to sign up for. They could definitely improve their customer service and support in this area. EDIT: After a fifth attempt via email, I was able to get in touch with the owner and she pro rated, the final month's rent which was great customer service wise. Overall, this is a safe and convenient place to store your things.
