I've been banking with Wells Fargo and specifically at the Black Lake BLVD branch for over a year. The drive thru is NEVER open. I've asked many times about this - EVERY time I am told 'we are hiring people and will have open soon'. Sorry Wells Fargo but Covid ended some time ago and the excuses need to end. You are the ONLY bank in West Olympia that can't open your drive thru. When I go into the branch there are often 3 tellers working and standing there not doing much as it's not busy. Why not put ONE of them on the drive thru? I will be changing banks. You've had more than enough time to get your act together and stop making excuses. NEXT!

Rude and unhelpful, I have 3 accounts here, and a credit card, as well as my home loan. I have been in 2 times in the last few weeks asking for help with a bill pay issue, not only are they not helpful, but the lady is flat out rude. She tells me there is not some button she can push to stop a payment, that she can't help me, and call the number on the card. This is an ongoing issue, and I can't get any help. I will be closing all my accounts, and hopefully I can suffer through my home loan being there for now. But I would caution others to just save yourself the headache and not even start with this awful bank.

Samantha a personal banker, took the time to address my banking issues in a kind and timely manner. She not only called me by my name multiple times but also listened to the conversation and had follow-up questions. Prior to this interaction I was thinking about closing my accounts with Wells Fargo. Samantha went out of her way to make sure the banking needs were met but also added in her personal touch to make sure I was treated like a person.

Stole $7.50 to cash a check. Trash company, another reason I won’t open an account there and I’ll actively encourage people not to business with you.

This branch must have new management, been using this branch for over 8 years, the last few years nothing but bad experiences and head aches. There atm stole my money! Was told to file a claim although claims don’t typically favor in the customer but the bank and that id likely never get it back! Went today to deposit some money that got rained on in my wallet that was left outside and was told by the branch manager that my money was “mutilated” and that I could send in into the federal reserve for note exchange that could take up to 9 months! What a crock! She stated the money could be soaked in “ dangerous chemicals” i told her id dry my money in my dryer and deposit via atm for a hassle free experience unless it takes my money again! The window is never open and all the familiar nice faces are gone. What a joke Wells Fargo is. Will be switching to a local credit union. Wells Fargo you should be ashamed of yourself. Very specifically this west Olympia branch. It’s terrible. Save your time and patience and just close all of your Wells Fargo accounts like many of their customers are.

I’m so tired of the drive through being closed. I’m a mom, I pay to bank here, why are services ALWAYS closed!? It’s been months. Every single time I have a sleeping baby and I try to go through the drive-through at Black Lake it’s closed and they have a sign out.

The atm machine literally ate $100. I went inside and told them and they said all I can do is file a claim and then told me that even then it's not usually favorable and I probably won't get my money back. Like you're a bank you guys can count the money and see that's it's off you just want to stay rich any possible way including stealing.

Worked with a nice young woman wearing glasses I forgot her name, but she answered all my questions, was friendly, and made sure I understood what to expect. Two thumbs up!

Worst reliability. Unreliable drive up, as in never open anytime of the day that I stop by. It used to always be open, but now with less staff, they can’t be bothered to help both walk in and drive up customers. This makes it almost impossible to bank with small children in tow. I need a bank that has a drive up! To top it off, the ATM wasn’t working today. So now I have to drive an extra 30 minute round trip to go out to Sleater Kinney ATM (which doesn’t offer any drive up services). My other bank is a small local bank and ALWAYS has drive up available. Pathetic.

I want personally thank a lady by the name of Rachel Mordick we went in and wanted some funds from our accounts to put as a down payment.She worked so hard calling and helping us through the process and getting the job done .She is such a wonderful person and works hard to make everyone leaves the bank happy and at peace . Thanks again Mrs.Mordick we could not have done it with out your help and we did sign for our home today (6-14-23)which we called "RACHEL "Thank you again ,Brian and Beverly KupferPS She works at the Tumwater branch .

Pulled into the green lit drive-through with my two-year-old and my handicapped wife to withdrawal a specific amount of cash the ATM would not dispense. After a long wait a voice came on the intercom and stated would be right there. 4 minutes later an extremely irate, belligerent, rude, and unprofessional female appeared. In a not very pleasant way I asked what the hold up was. She took my license and debit card and stated another teller would be right back to ask me security questions. I explained to her my wife is disabled we have a child we are in a hurry we've already been waiting with no one else in line while the light was green the whole time. Her response is "I'm with customers inside, you can use the ATM, I'm done with you!" It is truly disgusting that an individual not only exhibits open disdain for the public she is also discriminating against handicapped people. It's 2023 what the hell is going on? I sincerely apologize for not taking my baby and disabled wife into the branch during the rain and cold. My bad Wells Fargo. EDIT... After reading the other Google reviews it is extremely obvious that this Branch takes the attitude they have your money and could care less about the level of service you receive.Tellers literally displaying disdain for their own customers. One of the worst experiences of any monetary transaction you will ever have while they literally discriminate against freaking handicapped people.
