Walked down the wrong aisle. As you can see, Walgreens has a little bit of everything.

Cooper Point Rd Olympia WA- 42 minutes on phone hold and STILL counting just to provide insurance card information that they SHOULD have already had since a whole "Walgreens account" was set up three days ago. Current prescription total ready for pickup shows in email a touch over $900!!!! Wrong is an understatement. Oh but wait gets even more interesting. FINALLY gave up waiting on hold after 45 minutes and decided to drive to the pharmacy and just talk with a breathing face to face human. Saturday pharmacy hours 9AM until 6PM right- Well apparently NOT this Saturday. Get there at 10:15 there are 6 people in line and the pharmacy is totally CLOSED UP! 10:30 some kind of store manager shows up with a bunch of employees and one person in a white doctor type coat presumably the pharmacist. The line went fast BUT not one single word of apology from any staff nor explanation of what happened. Which means the phone call I was stuck on hold telling me I was next in the cue was flat lying since there was no one there to answer the pharmacy phone the entire time I was on hold.

The men that work the registers in both pharmacy and the front are really rude. I always feel like I'm watched in case I steal even though I've shopped here regularly for years. This last time the pharmacy rep got my rx, had issues, resolved them, rang up my items and never acknowledged me or said a word. It was so awkward. He didn't give me a bag so I asked the front where the guy scoffed when I said I paid at pharmacy and checked every item on my receipt. There's entry-level work where they don't need to speak to people. They don't need to be there.

I am very disappointed in the service by the pharmacy staff. Three times I asked for a travel refill. I discussed my travel plans with my doctor and my insurance allows for a travel refill. Three times I received a message saying that my prescription was not ready for refill. I will get my prescription refilled in Europe.I recommend you go to another pharmacy.

Manager here is a complete monster. My husband and I go here often and she yells at staff and vendors constantly for things they can't control. I see it every single time I visit. She's always berating someone for a simple accident and accusing them of trying to get the compamy sued or something, and it makes me and every other guest nearby extremely uncomfortable. Never going here again, I'd rather drive to ones further away than support her or her store ever again. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for treatment.

Worst pharmacy ever. This review is about several instances when they either didn’t have the prescription filled in time or the wait time was over 20 minutes. Unbelievable. Bye Walgreens!

Horrible experience with the pharmacy and their staff. They told me multiple times to come in and get my prescription only for me to drive over there and they tell me it will be a couple more hours until it was ready. Tried on 3 separate occasions and on the third try I just told them to cancel it. I would gladly drive to any other pharmacy besides this walgreens. They have lost my business and from what I'm reading they are constantly losing business for Walgreens.

Their pharmacy made a mistake with my prescriptions and when the pharmacy is apart of the store in Walgreens. I find the store manager at fault besides the pharmacy causing the mistake of my prescriptions yesterday. Terrible customer service and wish my prescriptions weren’t sent there. It’s about accountability and when the store manager is in charge. Hold your employees accountable for mistakes which is correct. It’s constructive criticism within the workplace.

If you expect to get the new Covid vaccine here, guess again.I made an appointment a week ago and arrived at my appointment early and was told I had to wait TWO HOURS (in store only) to get the jab. What the heck? Why bother making appointments, if you cannot honor them? There was a room full of poor sods who also had appointments but were forced to waste half a day waiting to get vaccinated.Every time I go to this Walgreens, same story. Truly understaffed, incompetent people in the pharmacy.AVOID THIS WALGREENS AT ALL COSTS.

It's a decent store with a decent selection and decent prices. Still, it feels very old inside... Late K-Mart vibes. The employees are like lifeless husks though. No spirit, generally unhelpful, and most have these dull cow eyes that leave me feeling kinda sad. Not trying to be mean or condescending, but it appears to me that there's something very wrong at Walgreens to cause their employees to be near-universally broken-spirited.

This Walgreens has the worst service I've ever seen. Who ever hired that crew needs to be fired. Worst employee of all time is that tall kid with the jew-frow

Pharmacy is awful. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes even if there's no one in line. Both pharmacy staff and check out people are like zombies. Front check out staff is always rude. A lot of OTC medications are always out of stock. Moving my Rx. Shopping elsewhere.

It is indeed a dangerous world and I confronted it at Walgreens. Unfortunately, employees at Walgreens have forgotten that the customer is always right. When I was trying to return a tube a toothpaste that had fluoride in it but no longer had my receipt I became a problem. Started with the clerk at the cash register, when he asked me how could I help. After the fourth time of explaining that I simply wanted to exchange my toothpaste I got it he was not paying attention. See it's store policy that they keep earbuds in their ears to answer calls so then the manager came over. She agreed to exchange my toothpaste, and I let her know that I had more shopping to do before I checked out she's then chose to ask me if my dog was a service animal when I affirmed in the positive she said no she's not because she had no decals. When I tried to explain the law to interrupted me and talked over me then threatened to call the police on me. Which is exactly why I need my dog with me she got me out of that dangerous situation. Last time I tried to complain about police abuse to Tumwater Police department they had me arrested and held me in jail against the law and a judge his orders for 3 days. Transferred me to St Pete's were they injected haldol Benadryl and Ativan. So I asked for the protection and care of God to make it home safely and that's where I'm at now. Corporations have so impressed their people that they have forgotten what it is to be human. Remember that when you go into Walmart and be a better version of yourself so they can remember who they are. I for one have done my duty and will stay with local health food places like the one on division. I just got everything that I wanted and needed from them. Oh I do need q-tips. Great White Owl

I went into the WalGreens across from the Trader Joe’s shopping center at a little after 5 PM on Sunday, July 16, 2023 to have a prescription filled that I had received from the Providence Urgent Care. When I asked when the prescription would be ready the pharmacy clerk advised it would be ready at 6:55, just before they closed. Since I had a quick errand to run, I decided to do so since I was advised that I would have an hour and a half wait. When I came back at 6:03 PM the pharmacy was locked and closed.Imagine my surprise! Luckily the Urgent Care doctor was able to give me a new prescription. My luck continued when I was able to have the prescription filled at Arow Pharmacy. Of course WalGreens had already billed my insurance, so I had to pay out of pocket. Than goodness the gentleman who owns Arow was able to provide me a discount, so the price was very reasonable.I will never use WalGreen’s again. The fact that the clerk either didn’t know the day, or closing time is not a customers problem. Also no text message ????I was looking be calling to get their billing rescinded.
