Excellent dealership! No shady practices, was very transparent about every legal process and very friendly salespeople. 10/10 would recommend. The manager Scott was a very fair person and helped me greatly with my EV buying experience.

I’ve had many issues with this dealership over the years after buying two cars from them. The latest was for a VW recall. I followed the instructions from VW and scheduled my service. Arrived and the tech said it was a requirement to have less than one quarter tank of fuel. I knew the letter VW sent said it was optional. I had more than he said was doable so I left and returned with the letter from VW to let him know they should be following VWs guidance since they are a franchise but he flatly said no. When I suggested that if they have the issue with the fuel, they could siphon it out to the level they need, he stated “they don’t pay us to siphon fuel.” This was after I gave them another shot after they curbed the wheel of my car and their brand new security system “didn’t activate” when the tech pulled my car up to the front.
I highly recommend going elsewhere for vehicle purchasing or service.

This review is for service at VW in W OLY! Purchased a 2024 Bronco with a service plan from awesome ford. Come to find out they won’t wash it or rotate the tires at the awesome VW in W OLY where we were told we could bring the vehicle? The gentleman at the counter said he had to go get the oil as they didn’t have it? Have a sign for free car wash with service! Should have just passed on the service plan!!!! Was told next time we come in they will give us a coupon for a free car wash…. SMH….

Buying a cars from these guys has been iAMAZING
Service department is a nightmare no communication and good luck on anyone calling you back for anything, I am giving a 5 because my buying experience has been top notch with all 7 cars I have purchased in the last 5 years. Shout out to Justin Bowie for all your hard work and kindness you are the reason we come back.

Brought a car loan check while looking at cars and told them I would buy the car tomorrow as I would need to set up transportation. They "accidentally" filled out my check saying they thought I was gonna buy the car today. I accidentally got a new check and went somewhere else. Avoid
