“Had another great visit to Evergreen Veterinary Hospital this Monday. My tiny bantam hen got sick last week on Thursday , (lethargic, puffy, eyes closed) and Dr. Hamilton got me in on his first day back in the office (Monday morning). I was so thankful for how thorough he was with her. He did an ultrasound and ended up manually checking her vent and discovered that she had had a soft-shelled egg pop inside of her and the shell was stuck. He was able to remove it and she's now on antibiotics to combat the infection and is feeling SO much better! A few more days and she'll be good as new. By actually taking the time to remove the source of the infection (rather than just prescribing antibiotics and sending us on our way) he absolutely saved her life! I am so grateful! I've been telling everyone who asks how wonderful he is! So, in case your staff share the reviews with you, Dr. Hamilton, please know that my family and I are so grateful to you for saving Peachy. <3”

Their office visit is considerably higher than the kitty klinic where we normally go but I was actually allowed to go in with my cat.And I'll pay more just for that. I hate being stuck in the car especially when my older boy goes in cause he's so scared.They were very good with both my cats both times I've been there and I'm just going to establish their routine care there. “The staff and care for our dogs at Boulevard has been excellent. Dr. Van Dusen has seen both of our furry friends, one of which is a puppy. She has always been helpful in her recommendations and patient. We finally got around to getting oral cleaning and work done on our 8 year old dog per her recommendation, and our big girl is feeling great! It took a couple months to get scheduled but much shorter than expected. The end result was a happier, healthier dog with a clean mouth for cheaper than the estimate predicted. I’m so thankful to Dr. Braun and his team for providing us a vet we can depend on that will take care of our furry family.”

Not only is the eye surgeon amazingly skilled and wonderfully caring, every member of her staff is also awesome!My dachshund needed surgery on both eyes, which went very well.What was also really great was how much care and attention was given after the surgery and we were home.There was no trace of the attitude of we have the money, now go away. They took phone calls, adjusted medications, and diligently followed up beyond expectations.I once had open heart surgery from a great surgical center, but they seemed to vanish when I walked out the door.The follow-up the people at the eye clinic gave "just a dog" was infinitely better than a major hospital gave me after open heart surgery! “a great experience for getting my kitty spayed and checked in with a vet for the first time! staff is very welcoming and efficient, they were open and informative about what they were going to do, how the costs break down, and how to care for her/what to expect in recovery. they easily answered all my questions! I used a spay voucher from the humane society without a hitch, and scheduling with them was quick and easy. my cat is doing very well!! I didn't even need to force down any pills - the pain medicine they used for her is a certain kind that lasts several days! and after sleeping off the funky anesthesia effects, she was perky and playful as ever the following day:) no signs of discomfort! her incision is small and neat, no stitches or staples. very smooth aftercare. thank you for doing so well for my baby! we couldn't be happier:)”

“Once again Dr. Ballou and Rachel have proven just how above and beyond our expectations they went and showed how willing they are to be partners in our working livestock guardian dog care. A very last minute request for hip x-rays was responded to with yes, not a problem, you are coming with one of your other dogs we'll squeeze the x-rays in. That speaks volumes to us and should to the public. Normal stuff we understand can take a while to schedule. This was a very unique and quite time sensitive moment.”

“I took my sweet boxer, Lucy, to Dr. Bob and I will never forget how much he and his sweetheart daughter, Vikki, helped her. Gosh, it was about 14 years ago now, but their kindness and love never left me.My Lucy was rescued from a puppy mill, she was a mom who'd been forced to breed far too much. She had a myriad of struggles and Dr. Bob walked me through them all.At one appointment, my POTS acted up, and I accidentally fainted while in the clinic. Vikki picked up my little 3 year old daughter and sang to her while I came to, brought me water and a muffin, and kept her calm. Meanwhile, Dr. Bob kept caring for Lucy.They made sure everyone was safe and taken care of.The awful day that I had to let Lucy go, Doctor Bob stayed with Lucy and I. I was unable to speak, and struggled to do anything other than rub her sweet ears and cry. He understood that and talked with her about the beautiful rainbow bridge it was time for her to cross. How there was a nice little stream with water that was good to drink and how there was lots of grass to play in. She could chase squirrels and the sun was always shining. He essentially walked her home with me. I still hear his voice comforting us, and when my soul aches for her, I remember where my Lucy girl is.He also was my kitty's doctor from the day I brought her home for 10 years. She's been around since before Lucy. She is still spry and healthy and I attribute that to her excellent health care for the first half of her life and the advice Dr. Bob gave me about proper kitty care. She's 17.5 years old.If I still lived in the state, Dr Bob would be the only vet I would ever use.He really truly loves the animals he helps. I'll never be able to thank them enough.”
