“Boulevard Animal Clinic is the best. Best Vets, best support staff. In 56 years of pet ownership we have never had Vets that are so caring. Dr. Braun takes the time to talk with us, discuss our concerns and discusses appropriate treatment. After he performed surgery on our dog he took the time to call us and give an update on her condition and the support staff followed up with how she was doing the following day. I can't say enough good things about the clinic.”

“Be advised, they bill for the service prior to the appointment.
I love oly cats. They take great care of my cat. She's pretty scared of everything, but they always handle her with care. They have always cared more about what is best for my cat than making an extra buck. At first, I was put off by their new rule about charging before going, but sounds like they had no other choice because people did not show to their appointments. They are a trustworthy vet, in my opinion, highly recommend.”

“I was immediately impressed! I found a wounded kitty on the side of Steamboat Island Road who needed immediate help. It was almost 6pm on a Friday eve. I drove there and the door was locked, but I knocked anyway. Two very friendly techs answered the door. I explained the situation and they could see how upset I was. Even though they didn't have a vet there, they took the kitty in and told me they would make it comfortable until the vet could examine him in the morning. I was so appreciative of their professionalism and compassion!”
“I have had amazing experiences with the team at South Bay. each team member has provided so much care and compassion in our older dogs cancer diagnosis and eventually we had to say our goodbyes to our sweet golden. the team was so supportive and caring during such a personal time. as we welcomed our new puppy they were excited for our family and gave us lots of puppy tips. we love South Bay, it is always worth the 45 minute drive for us! Special thanks to Dr Herbert, Dr Shoemakee, and Dr Molitor who've provided the majority of our pet care. Im certain the other DVMs are just as wonderful.”

“My soulmate of 13 years started to decline. Navigating our vet and emergency vet brought on a lot of loneliness as symptoms were a little vague and they’re so busy. We landed at OVS oncology thinking we’d lose her that day based on her worsened condition and X-rays. The team were immediately warm and comforting which was absolutely incredible despite my relentless feeling of doom.
She went through a scary situation some hours later. Dr. Parshley contacted me immediately with digestible information on what happened, next steps, and possible outcomes. You can tell when people put their entire soul into their craft, and this office is full of those people.
They have been such a bright spot in one of my most frightening moments and have made so many hours hanging in the unknown comfortable. You don’t get many vet experiences like this and I’m extremely grateful.”

“About a week ago we found an abandoned/orphaned baby kitten that we took in, poor thing was barely alive. We managed to keep the baby kitten alive for about a week before the poor thing made a turn for the worse this morning. After calling around to different vet offices Blue Pearl was able to get us in on such short notice. The staff was amazing and very caring. We will definitely be using this location again in the future.
