Checked in when they opened. Staff is very knowledgeable and personable. Sam helped me acquire a new iPhone 13 Pro Max for my wife. Had the color in stock and did the transfer which mirrored her old phone exactly like the old phone. And received an amazing trade in off her old phone.
3 weeks later I thought. I better trade my phone in for that price too. It was a no brainer. John helped me this time. Trade in the 13 Pro Max for a new 15 Pro Max for only $11 a month. Better do it now.

Update: So the Verizon store in Tumwater was able to replace my phone the day after this happened by transferring the device payment to the other line and only increased monthly expenses by like 20$. Totally happy with the tumwater store and I feel as if the employee in question at this location could take some notes from the wonderful, knowledgeable staff at the Tumwater location off of Capital Blvd.
Had the worst experience ever, in the 15 years I've been with this company. Employee down talked me from the get go based of my appearance. I'd just gotten off of work and was in my beaten up Carhartts and dirty white tee. All I asked is what are my options to fix my phone from restarting itself. I explained what it was doing and he said it sounds like a warranty issue but because my screen was broken I'd have to use my insurance or pay out of pocket. I also explained the screen had been this way for about a year and nothing like this had happened until now, and how isn't it covered by warranty? "Well obviously it's because of the broken screen" with the I'm better than you tone. I also informed him that it was vital that my phone not be crashing constantly as this could lose my own business work opportunities, that I was an owner of a General Contractor. "Well I'm a Verizon rep, and you're welcome to come in and use the store phone if you need." Ok well I travel all over the state and that number is not the one on my business cards. "Well there's a phone repair shop by IHOP, it'll probably cost more than your deductible though" Everytime this kid spoke to me, it was a tone of down talking and when I called him on it, he said he was being blunt. Never have I ever been treated this way by your corporation, nor have I ever been extorted like this. I will be telling everyone I know about this experience, and making sure it is all over my social media platforms by this coming Friday. I also will be contacting other wireless providers to see if they have pay off deals like T-Mobile. Where they buy my contract and keep my number and I owe them, but get the help I needed, not backsass from some white collar child having a bad day. I am also going to be in touch with my attorney on the legal definitions of warranty and see if what I experienced was legally defined as extortion, and if it is I will sue. Your corporation, and that individual employee trying to get extra commissions.
If you want to make this right, feel free to try I'm open to compromise, but I'm never going to your location again and am still going to be weighing my options for a new provider for the business and family plans

The lady I worked with kept telling me that I would have to add another line to get a new phone even tho my phone was fully paid off. She talked down to me. They would not help me with the transfer. This store has horrible customer service. They kept saying they needed to add things to my plan in order to let me trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for the 15. They added a phone number to my account and I did not want that. They said if I delete that number then I lose the promotion because they added a new phone to that.I am completely upset do not trust this place. I will never come back.

Thank you Verizon for addressing my account issues. After have a stressful conversation with an overseas representative I decided to go in person. There was no Waite and the representative was polite, helpful and solved my issue. Thank you.

One star is too high of a rating. Worst Customer Service ever. If you need to go to a Verizon store drive a little farther to get better customer service. Especially if an elderly or disabled customer. Complaining to the manager, Lily, is it worth it as her Customer Service was the worst. After trying to get some accessibility help as directed by Verizon customer service I mentioned to the manager that I filed a complaint with customer service about how the store was treating me after spending a lot of money getting three new devices. The manager responded since I threatened legal action she would no longer help me. I told her filing a complaint with her own company is not a legal action . She mentioned that legal action had been threatened before so that says a lot about her customer service if legal action is not a rare occurrence with her. They blamed everything on the customer service people at Verizon not themselves at the store. Zero accountability for their terrible customer service.

My wife and I were in yesterday for new phones. I unfortunately can’t remember the name of the girl that helped us but she was awesome. I’ve never had an easier time upgrading. Plus she transferred our stuff over to the new ones (both iPhone 15’s). It was a great experience.

Lily and Colin killed it Tuesday afternoon! Wife and I went in as I just got my fold 5. 3 or 4 months ago and the case I bought from Verizon when I got my phone has scratched my front screen so bad! They were so helpful in trying to resolve the case issue and scratched screen issue. Definitely won't be going anywhere else when it's time to get new phones!!

Staff is unfriendly and rude. Representative was unwilling to answer simple questions like is this phone in stock? And then refuse to tell us his name because he obviously was aware that he was either being rude or incompetent. Avoid this location at all cost. Completely night and day experience than we've had at our local Verizon store. Do not buy from this location.

David was particularly helpful walking us through trying to swap from multiple separate plans to one single plan and get us new phones at no extra cost. He was super understanding and patient with us while we were a bit of a mess trying to understand everything which was appreciated. Honestly just being kind with him and knowing what we wanted helped a lot! So far we are loving the new phones and it saved us money.

Did not explain I would not be able to charge iPhone 15 without buying something else. When i returned I was greeted by an associate who had a lot of attitude, patience, and eye rolling. Needless to say, went elsewhere and found much better customer service and explanation.

This location is a terrible place to go for any kind of service! Bought a phone and was told to take it back in when my son was able to switch his info from his old phone to his the new phone and turn in the trade within 7 days. When we did return we were told we would have to wait 25 minutes. When it was our turn the woman said she could do that but it would cost 30$. When questioned about why this was, if the other gentleman told us to do this, we were met with attitude. Then she backed down and said she could transfer the number and account for free but anything else would be 30$. She also told us we had 70 days to turn in the old device. She couldn’t even do the transfer because there was a pin that I needed to get. So we left the store and went to our vehicle when we discovered that she took service off of the old device rendering my son’s phone useless. So we turned around and went back to the store and was met by Charles who did nothing but make up excuses for all the lies we were told like “ oh sometimes we tell people 7 days instead of 70 because people forget “ and he interrupted us anytime we spoke! In the end we transferred the phone number and INFO for free at home by ourselves! So unless you want to be directed in circles and charged for nonsense DO NOT GO HERE! But I’ll say when we were buying the phones they sure were extremely nice!
