DO NOT use UPS to send documents. Unless you want to pay for overnight delivery and *MAYBE* get your documents...in a month....?

Fast pick up.. better than the notices I got on my door. The ups app sucks. The service at the shop was great. If you were going to deliver something requiring someone being over 21 would just keep trying every time from 11-3. Maybe try after people get off work idk 4-6 .

3 days now ...of no delivery of my medications... these people must not know how to read or deliver... the supervisor there self has reached out to the delivery person ..that still has not brought me my package all my packages are listed to deliver to door because im disabled. it is now 3 pm pst...and there has been litterally no package delivered for the 3rd day in a row.. my caregiver has been a witness for three days in a row.. soo she is going to be filing against ups with me with tripple a on neglect of a disabled person. i also had 4 people here today and will be filing along side lincares pharmacy . this company is endangering me and should not offer there services to deliver medications. i have chromium sodium for my blood cells to be able to breathe in the bone and blood stream and my nebulizer abuterol that gets delivered as well that i got to use 4 x a day... not one ups truck has came the day before yesterday, yesterday or today... not even after all the supervisor callls. my calls. etc...what a horrible company charging 20-30 dollars for two day delievery then dont deliver. i asked them to provide proof of a door tag since there is non because there was no attemps for the delivery at all any of the days. even though the carrier has the package on board all 3 days... and was even told to turn around and take me my package and it would be here at latest 1pm since i provided proof of no attempt, it didnt happen then i spoke to another supervisor who said the trusts was 15 mins away and would be there asap.. ok its now 3pm... nothing has still been delievered. and i surely am not going to go through this every month or with any other package. as they have sent back amazon packages with out delivery and torrid and etc. .. so i hope you understand. if me not getting my meds put me back in the hospital you surely will be sued. and i have all the proof and documentation. do you ? do you have pics outside my door for attempted delivery like other carriers? do you have door tags? because i dont since there was never a attempt . this has been going on for a year. no one disabled in a wheel chair with these kinda issues should experiance this. yet you still havent corrected the issue ...i will be in contact with a lawyer beginning tommarrow this is highly abusive
