Great to do business with and made the deal of getting a new car trailer. One of the few places that carried a Timpte trailer and working with Randy and Cameron made it an easy process. If you are looking for a place to get a new trailer, I would recommend Trailer Boss.

Bought a diamond c low profile dump from these guys a few years ago. Had a swing gate pin pop out randomly and lost it. Called them and swung by the same day to pick it up… very easy and painless. The aftercare is what makes the difference!

I needed two replacement tires/wheels that were virtually impossible to find online due to their specific type and wheel. There was one that shipped from overseas listed at $699. I called Trailer Boss Olympia and the gentlemen was super nice and immediately went out to their yard to check if they had them in stock after being 100% positive they did. Sure enough they did and the guy said he’d sell both to be for $1,000 even. We did it over the phone and I drove down to pick them up. They were brand new, balanced on the wheel all shiny sitting right there at the front ramp for me when when I pulled in. Mint condition. The guy immediately came out and helped me put them in my car. Shook my hand and off I went. Super easy. Trailer Boss has been good to me in the past and has a great selection of brand new trailers on their lot. I started out at Olympic Trailer. They only had dump trailers with 8,000lb dual-axles on their lot, they said they could order a 10,000lb dual-axle trailer and I could get it in March.
I went across the street to Trailer Boss and talked to Mike Jones. I told Mike everything I was looking for: 16’ dump trailer, 7 gauge steel, 10,000lb dual-axles, scissor-dump. Mike said that they had one at another lot, and I could have it the following week. He printed out a build sheet for me to look over and everything was exactly what I wanted. I paid cash – I even had to get a higher debit authorization from my bank to do so.
When I went to put the build sheet in my receipt pile Mike Jones immediately took the build sheet back and said that he could not give that to me, that he would get in trouble with his supervisor. I thought that was very odd, but went along with it. I was in a hurry when I picked up the trailer and just glanced it over, not noticing that the axles were not 10,000lb dual-axles – they were 8,000lb dual-axles. When Mike put the temporary registration in my truck he removed all the paperwork I had, so not only did they not allow me to keep the build-sheet they took my receipt!
Three days later I was loading a tank onto the trailer and a friend looked at it and asked me where I bought it. I told him, and he was immediately suspicious. He looked at it and told me that the axles were wrong, not 10,000lb dual-axles. I immediately knew exactly why Mike Jones yanked back the build sheet and took my receipts! I called Mike, he tried to convince me that we discussed the 8,000lb dual-axles, which was not true and I told him this. I had reviewed the build sheet and what I ordered was exactly what was on that paper, but it is not what I received. Very clear why he took all my paperwork away. Wow!
I can't even haul my excavator now! These guys are as shady as it gets.

Great price on a high quality aluminum trailer. Mike and Rodney were super helpful. They got my trailer transported to the Olympia location and even met me on their day off (Closed on Sundays) to pick it up saving me time and money.
