“Big shout out to Ryan P for saving the day. I had contacted Ford roadside assistance and after almost 4 hours of the driver not showing and not being able to contact we called Summit. My car died and would start but not drive. My family was stuck in Centralia and we live in Olympia. My boyfriend secured a ride for my son and I after 2 hours of waiting. When Ford couldn't establish contact we knew we needed to call summit and I am so thankful we did. Thanks for not only coming out quickly but being friendly and making sure all was taken good care of. Will definitely call again and suggest calling these guys. “My driver, Jonny, was awesome!! I take very good care of my car, invest a lot of money into it and take it to shows. It’s on air suspension so it sits very low to the ground. Jonny took so much care to bring boards for his flatbed, help us push it up onto the boards, and then hook up the chains so none of the ground effects were damaged. Quick response time and very caring from start to finish! Thank you!”

“Stuck in Ocean Shores late in the evening, tried using my insurance's roadside assistance to have it towed home but waited over 4 hours with them unable to find anyone. I did a search with Yelp in my home area & tried some with no success, then tried Capitol Towing & Recovery although the coverage map did include Ocean Shores, and the guy on call said no problem. Should have called them 1st thing, they answered the phone, did not need to leave a message or create a Yelp project for services, and he got me & my vehicle home in less than a 4 hour timespan counting getting ready to leave & pick up the tilt bed hauler for a place that was well over 1 1/2 hours when I normally drive it. Yes I paid high price for this late at night service, but I needed to get home & already tired for an ordeal that took 9 hours into 6 am in the morning.”

“So my boyfriend and I came here about two weeks ago looking for a motorcycle tire. In the process the guy that helped us was the best dude ever. I mean he took us in the back and showed us around telling us all that he knew about bikes(Yes we were getting some knowledge) so I want to thank him for being so kind and patient. We even got invited to come to their race they have yearly.So long story short my boyfriend wanted a bike they had that the owner decided to part with and I said yes I would get it but I wasn’t sure ( myself) lol so I waited until today to go buy it and surprise him with it and didn’t have a clue of how to pull it off when the guy working this morning came up with the best ruse that WORKED!!!!! So I want to thank the guys here for being so down to earth having the best customer service while keeping it fun. Thanks again for helping with the surprise…

“Small buisness, owner operator here. With a very full and booked schedule I broke down on the side of I-5. Naturally started freaking out and calling my clients. Reached out to sound truck and auto. I was towed and repaired within 24 hours, will be returning to work tomorrow.
That said, upon picking up my vehicle, I was privileged to meet the owner and some of their crew. As a fellow tradesman I can tell you, these guys are the old school type. Willing to get dirty, take pride in their work, go the extra mile, do what it takes to get the job done, reasonable pricing, customer service and customer relations. Traits in a shop you almost never see these days anymore. My opinion, ditch the corporate shops when and where you can, when you can find a small gem like this in 2024, you stick with them. 5 star, highly recommend.

Fortunately, Jerry showed up with a flatbed truck and all the necessary equipment to transport my bike back home.
