“The owner of the store is a wonderful guy who is helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and I have come here a lot over the years.Recently I had a negative experience with one of his employees who talked down to me about something I know a lot about, he was also rude to other customers in the store. When I needed to ask about a product, he acted as though he was annoyed I was even alive and barely looked up from what he was doing, cleaning one of the glass shelves. I checked my account later to see that I was overcharged, $40 for a $25 piece. The only reason this is not a 5-star review is because of this employee, otherwise love this store.”

“I recently visited Brown and Sons Premium Cigars and was very impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a family-owned shop since 2011, they really focus on customer service and building relationships.They have a fantastic selection of premium boutique cigars that you won't find in many places. I appreciated the military and first responder discounts as a nice gesture of appreciation. Plus, I certainly plan on becoming a member because the lounge area is very comfortable and inviting.Overall, Brown and Sons is a real gem for cigar aficionados or anyone looking to relax with a quality smoke in a cozy lounge. I'll definitely be coming back to enjoy their excellent service and amazing cigar collection.”
