In my indirect experience with this business, they have a practice of selling cars that are not ready for use and end up being project cars. How do you sell a single mother a car for over $6000, tell her the car has no major issues and a couple weeks later or needs a new transmission? They make her pay for repairs, another $900+, she gets the car back and in less than two weeks the wheel bearings are going out. Now, they are requesting she get it towed for repairs and pay again. You seen her coming a mile away and took advantage! I'm advising she work with the Attorney General and file a BBB complaint.

When we went into the dealership, we had an idea of which cars we were interested in looking at. One of those cars was at another Titus-Will location. Luis was really helpful and brought one of the cars to the other location so we could compare both vehicles side by side. In addition, he was very friendly and helpful at facilitating the car buying process. Thank you so much Luis Vargas for all your help.

Tony Petrina at the Martin Way Titus-Will location provided exceptional customer service to me, we spoke over the phone and he assisted me and answered all my questions. I got there and my Mazda CX5 was ready and waiting for me, Jim the finance guy was exceptional too. The whole process of paper work, assisting me get an insurance took less than an hour. I was impressed!!
One thing I like about Tony is he does follow ups, checking on you seeing if the car is ok, not a lot of people do that, so I appreciate you Tony for that. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely be upgrading with them in future.

Showed up on a Saturday and looked at a few cars. Found one and just set in it. Talked with Luis about making the purchase and he was wonderful. We made the purchase on Monday as that was the best for us. We made an appointment with Luis and had to change to later. Luis was very accommodating and stayed late to help us get the purchase made. The whole staff was very nice and personable. If you are in the market Titus Will's Used Cars is a very nice place to purchase.

Eddy was amazing! He listened patiently to my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle and price. Eddy was knowledgeable and informative about each vehicle. He never pressured me to buy, but guaranteed me he was going to get me a car today! And at the payment I wanted. "Call for price" on all their used cars online...they gotta be losing a ton of $ on this mistake. You're selling tactic is out of date. People want transparency up front so they don't waste their time, and they are getting it on every other dealership online. You're welcome.
