We were traveling w our 5th wheel when our 2020 high country truck broke down, transmission issue, and still under warranty, we had to have the truck towed to the nearest chevy dealer(will titus) and our 5th wheel hauled somewhere else, than we had to rent a car to get home several hours away, we forgot some papers in the truck, so a couple weeks later we drove back there to check on the truck and get the papers, they had our truck that was always parked undercover under a pine tree!!, it was there for 3 months, they kept saying they needed more parts, finally when we got the truck back they said they couldn't wash it because they had Noone to wash it and they were nervous taking a truck that big through the car wash!, come to find out the self serve carwash was less than a mile away, it was so dirty when we got it back w sap all over it;( terrible communication throughout the process!, and it took our whole summer getaways:(

Titus-will Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac is a very good place to get your car-trucks service !!
I have been a customer with them for over 10+ years and every time I bring in my car and my truck to there shop to get work on they fixed it the first time and I get it back when they told me when to pick up !!
My service adviser Brian Vanaagten is a very good person and he help us very much !! and very nice to talk too !!
I will be back with both of my GMC for them to service them and you could trust them to get work done !!

This was my first time buying a car multiple states away, so no test drive. I love my new-to-me 2016 Honda. Rich was totally patient with me as I worked through my anxiety about buying a car so far away. He supported me through the whole process of getting my car home as well. All around great job!

2014 Chevy Express 2500 This is a vacuum line that came loose. I can't find where it should plug in, so I went to my local Chevy dealership-Titus Will.
I started in parts. Showed the man behind the counter the same image. He said "if you want to order an alternator, I can help you". (No joy)
So I went to service. I showed the image to the guy behind the counter. He had a blank look in his face. He told me he had no idea where the loose vacuum line should go. Further, he wouldn't look it up.
Frustrated, I went looking for a manager. The manager, if he wasn't the manager, he should be taken to task for his words) told me to take my Chevy to a third party mechanic! Because the ONLY way they would even talk to me about this was to bring my van in for a diagnostic! I'm supposed to pay those high prices so they can find what they should already know. I mean, shouldn't the Chevy dealership service department be able to fully disassemble a Chevy and put it back together? How hard can it be to look up a vacuum line?

I believe this picture explains a thousand words about this business. If you read closely it states that if you have a negative experience to make sure to NOT leave a review on google. That’s pretty interesting and somewhat deceptive if you ask me. I spent $67,000 on a new truck this last December and have brought it into this dealership location three times since then. Each time there has been sub-par communication and flat out terrible customer service. After this most recent experience I genuinely wish I would have spent the extra money and purchased a Tundra. Buyer beware.
