I am 81 and have been to many furniture stores. None has compared with Oly furniture. Extremely helpful, very informative, patience and funny! Allen and Sunnie went above and beyond customer service. Thank you. You know if I ever need any other furniture- I will be back.

Went there and purchased over 5500 dollars on a bedroom set.After over 5 weeks of waiting for a delivery, I had called in and asked what the timeframe of my delivery was. Since it had already been over a month. They told me they had my phone number incorrect so they couldn't complete the delivery. It is as if nobody even attempted to get in touch with me. They could have tried to email me or even send me a piece of mail that informed me of that information. They did not. They gave up at the phone number being incorrect. After the delivery issue was resolved, they came in and set up the bed. I had asked if the large gap between the matress and the head board was supposed to be there. They stated yes. However, i went to use my new bed, and it sank through. I called and was notified that it would be another 300 to 400 dollars for the box spring. That was NEVER mentioned to me in store, nor did the people setting it up tell me that.Needless to say... I am EXTREMELY disappointed with them. Will never go back. Please do business elsewhere.

We stopped in Olympia Furniture on a whim while mattress hunting. The owners were super cool and helpful and didn’t “shark” us at all. We ended up purchasing a great mattress! I would highly recommend Oly Furniture to anyone.
