Cruising by I noticed a sign on the sidewalk that stated Olympia ballroom also consists of three other businesses located in the building it was a very pleasant experience ?

While it is a historic building,,,the place is plain and ugly,,,you get what you pay for. Crazy owners who take advantage. Smells! Wacala!!

Cute lil place. The residents are nice. They sure like to talk to you. Only thing is if they have the windows open the smoke from the restaurant comes right in upstairs.

I was really looking forward to an event here, but felt disappointed. Lots of echo despite their renovations, hot even with the windows open (not sure why they keep them open with AC on?), weird people just coming in and out. Parking is okay, but walking to my car was scary :(. There isn't any parking so you might have to walk a bit, there are lots of people living there...

We had a great Gala in the Olympia Ballroom. The staff was attentive, helpful, and provided ample communicate leading up to the event. I look forward to working with the Olympia Ballroom team on future events.

Our non profit has used the ballroom several times for different events. Our last was an auction. It was perfect! The stage, table and chairs were all there and ready to go. The back room allowed space for our caterers to set up. Ryan was in constant contact with us and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Thank you Olympia Ball Room!

We really wanted our event to take place at the Olympia Ballroom because of its strategic location in downtown. Ryan was great to work with. He responded quickly to all my questions, and spent some time familiarizing us with the building. Our event was a great success, and we all felt we had picked exactly the right location!

We had considered the Ballroom for our event because of its convenient downtown location, but when we met the owner Ryan, he surpassed our expectations with his level of service, making us comfortable with our decision to book the venue. He walked through every aspect of the event with us, making sure he understood the event so that he could make thoughtful recommendations for us. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at our reception. We hosted it at the Olympia Ballroom. In addition to being a wonderful venue to host an awesome party, Ryan, the owner was very communicative throughout the entire planning process. We would definitely recommend this event space for your next event!
