I have worked at The Firs for over 3 years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The culture, residents, and my team members are top notch!!! The Firs does so many wonderful things for the staff (throughout the year) and the residents get to enjoy some excellent events!!! I am happy to refer anyone to this community!

I've enjoyed mostly the friendly ambience and the personal interest that the staff takes on each of the residents to help us feel at home. I enjoy the conversation time during meals when residents share from their own personal experiences. Lastly, I appreciate the sense of security and safety surrounded by a caring personnel.

I recently visited to provide an educational presentation and had a lovely time. The staff and residents were both very kind and receptive to our information. I really enjoyed the visit!
