Great experience getting a new Haworth chair for my home office. I worked with Jake, who was attentive, showed options/prices, and helped make the entire process easy!They have a showroom you can try chairs out so you know what fits for you before you buy. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for an ergonomic chair and friendly sales folks!

Two words: Wendy Mitkowski. I was in dire need of paper, I was in the middle of printing off an EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK that was HUNDREDS OF PAGES LONG. In the middle of my printing frenzy, I ran out of paper. COMPLETELY OUT. I was unable to leave my office and unable to keep printing my extremely time sensitive documents. What was I to do? Then I remembered seeing a humble store on the corner of Legion and Plum, "The Creative Office," I thought to myself, "Yeah, I'll call them!". Thank God and all of his angels that I did call. I spoke with their darling receptionist, Lynika Clark, who then transfered me to my office supply angel, Wendy Mitkowski. Wendy could hear the distress in my tone and (presumably) she could feel the stress oozing from my pores. Wendy listened me to through my panicked gargle and she placed an order for me for one case of paper. One case! A measly amount compare to the more profitable accounts she holds; but it didn't matter. Wendy treated me and my small company just as she would the Queen of England. Within an hour a dashing young delivery man opened our heavy front office door with his meaty muscles. "A delivery for Abbey?" I was weak in the knees. Not from the delivery driver (duh), my knees were weak because my delivery came even EARLIER than Wendy promsied! She is the true Queen of Office supplies. Every time I place an order with her, I kick myself because I remember how young, and naive I was when I went to (puke) Office Depot. Wendy is an angel, my saving grace. Wendy Mitkowski is everything that I am, and everything that I am not. A true American Hero.

Went for a new home office chair. Person that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had me in and out after trying many different types of chairs to see what felt comfortable.

i could not be happier with the service received at Creative Office from Scott, Matt, Barbara, Cassidy and repair staff. In the market for a new office chair, Scott let me take two different chairs home for the weekend to "test drive". When neither fit my quirky back they not only gave me a full refund, they fixed my old chair "on the house". This level of customer service is hard to find and worth it's weight in gold.

We went in to buy desks, and a lot of accessories. Although Matt the Sales Executive wrote us a quote, he seemed eager to get us out of the store and send us on our way to think it over. We called later to place the order and could not get him to call us back. We called and asked for his supervisor to call us back, after all we had a quote and just wanted to place the order. But nope... no one called back. We tried a couple more times for Matt or anyone else, but apparently they had decided not to sell us furniture. We suspected discrimination, after all, who doesn't honor a quote? But after reading other reviews, it sounds like they did us a big favor.
