Placed order easily online, order was processed very quickly. It took less than 1.5 hrs until I had my order in hand! Customer Service was friendly and professional.

The bathroom is terribly dirty. Today there was poop on the floor and toilet seats. Every single stall was empty of toilet paper. This happened a few weeks ago too. Use the restroom before you come here.

Well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful, but there just aren't enough of them. This store is chronically understaffed, and it shows in the checkout lines. The self checkouts are closed half the time I come here, and the cashiers that are in the checklanes are usually overwhelmed. I guess it doesn't matter anyway; it's not like this store has any real competition closer than Tumwater.

I am an avid user of curbside pick up at Target in Olympia. It is easy convenient and timely. More often than not there are long lines and not enough cashiers available in the store.

This store has become unshoppable. The last few weeks when I've tried to buy something here, the self-checks are shut down and the few cashiers are overwhelmed and extremely slow. I'm done with this store.

The employees are great here. Easy returns, quick with pickup orders, and friendly. Store is always clean.

Normally I would not leave a review this low, but after going to this location today I am honestly so angry it took me several hours to come down from the situation. When we arrived, the women’s restroom was being cleaned and we were directed to the “family restroom” over by the pharmacy. Once we found it I asked a pharmacy employee to let us in and she told me I had to go find a team member on the floor with a red shirt to unlock it. So off I went to find someone. Mind you I have my one year old who needs a diaper change with me this whole time. We finally find a team member who lets us in but tells us as he’s opening the door that there is no changing table. In the FAMILY restroom. So I had to change my daughter on the freaking floor because this location cannot be bothered to put a changing table in a restroom they are labeling a family restroom. Target, do freaking better. It is 2024. There should be changing tables in every public restroom in your establishment. There is no excuse for not having them and I am disgusted that this even happened.

The cashier on lane one Thursday feb 8 at 12:30pm that just checked out my significant other during the self check outs being down was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful out of nowhere. Having patiently waited in the long line to check out and not complaining at all a customer shouldn’t be treated like they are inconveniencing the employee to get checked out at a regular register. Do better or get a job that isn’t in the public dealing with customers if you can’t be a decent human being.

I don't understand why this Target is struggling so badly-Olympia isn't Detroit-yet it's like this Target is in Detroit. And many that I mean it's almost a derelict, forgotten and lead ridden.

The store is open until 10pm, but they close the fitting rooms at 6:30 or 7pm. I just drove from pretty far away and then picked out a bunch of clothes, only to find out I can’t try them on. Huge waste of time and gas $$$.

Store was a cluttered mess with bare shelves and and employees who don't know what they're talking about, completely out of visa gift cards under 100$ while no other store seems to have the issue

I use to love this target. However in the last year customer service has gone way down. I get staffing is hard but you don't tell people who have handicap vans where they can park if you have no open handicap spots left. I parked in one of the drive up pick up orders spots, even after explaining that I needed to open a ramp for my partner's wheelchair. I was still told to move. Very poor training on your employees. I had money to spend, not there anymore!
