Tanglewilde is my first - and usually only - stop for lumber. Despite their name, you should know they have other building products too. It's usually less expensive than the chain home improvement stores, but their high lumber quality makes this place a no-brainer. This team's boards are STRAIGHT. When they're not, you'll probably never know, because they've got great attention to detail when pulling what you need.
Framing material, decking, posts ... whatever I need, this is where I go. Contractor or DIYer, give them a shot. You'll be glad you did!

These guys are great. You can tell they are busy but still have time to help answer questions and help you determine the right materials for your job. The quality of the lumber is top-notch and much better than you can get at one of the Big Box stores. Cost of delivery services was very reasonable and cheaper than it would have cost me (time and money) to rent a truck and do myself. Take a look at the material quality for yourself, attached a pic of my last fence job.

Had a lumber package delivered and their selection was good. Especially the 24ft 6x8 pressure treated beam they special ordered. Straighter than anything I've seen. 24ft no dog leg, no twist and I can't even crown it. F'n Straight! Freak'n UNICORN! LOL!

My husband purchased lumber from this company because he’d rather support a local business than a big box store. He was pleased with the customer service, indicated that the employees were kind and helpful and did not make him feel dumb as this was his first time purchasing lumber in a large quantity.

Just called to ask if I was able to make order over phone. Guy who answered phone was a D**k,f or lack of better words. Guess I'll spend my $$ else where. Terrible customer service.Response to your response:I don't question as to why you can't take orders over the phone. I asked a very simple question and received a very rude and short answer. Whoever answered phone, should be in the yard rather than dealing with customers. Made me feel like i was wasting his time asking d*** questions..I spent my $18,000 elsewhere. Could have been easily avoided if customer service didn't suck! Your loss not mine! Good luck!

I have purchased my lumber and all of my building needs for two very large decks from them. They were great and I did my homework on prices and they were the best. Delivery was very reasonable as well. I will continue to shop there.
