already not a starbucks fan, but I was feeling nostalgic for the holiday drinks while book shopping. I got the NASTIEST attitude from the person at the counter, they literally rolled their eyes when I asked “how are you” and was acting so irritated and impatient while I ordered. I asked for an americano and they audibly sighed, like I asked them to go harvest the coffee beans and roast them from scratch!!! bro there was no line in front of or behind me, why are you acting like you’re too busy to deal with me? also the coffee was nasty so thanks for the reminder that starbucks is trash :)

caught a serious attitude from the man at the register because apparently this starbucks doesn’t accept the starbucks app for payment - which is fine - but didn’t need to be spoken to like i’m ignorant for attempting to use the same form of payment i’ve used at every other starbucks ever. it’s called customer service, my friends.

I won't go back to Starbuck's until they stop wasting so much in disposable products. I drink my coffee out of re-useable cups and there is zero proof a "for here" cup is a health hazard. I will not spend one penny at Starbucks until they bring back for here cups!

This Starbucks at the mall is THE WORST STARBUCKS IN OLYMPIA. I'm not even sure these are Starbucks' employees as they are absolutely horrid. Maybe they didn't receive training. Or they're just wearing their roommates uniform and filling in. The employees here are very odd. Been here 4 times when I'm at the mall (too lazy to go to another Starbucks) and every time I've had an awful experience. I did a mobile order to avoid these "baristas". The wait time was 1-4 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later because I was at Chipotle. Gave them plenty of time to grab 2 cake pops. Walked in and all the employees must have eye issues. No one made eye contact (I was two feet away) until I asked nicely where my mobile order was. The blonde male "barista" snapped and said when your order is ready it'll be out. The other fake barista was nervously cleaning the counter avoiding eye contact. My order should've already been out because 1. I ordered cake pops (no prep required) 2. I arrived after my wait time 3. It wasn't busy. I thought maybe this location you have to ask for your mobile order as it doesn't have a designated spot for the orders. Finally, a "barista" asked "did you place a mobile order?" Um....yes. This is not how mobile orders work. It's order, arrive, grab your food, and leave. Lesson learned. Can't order in person here or do a mobile order. The fake baristas here are that incompetent.

Great service here - consistent recipes. Only negative is that I went right at opening and I think a manager helped me. He wasn’t friendly at all.
