I purchase vehicles for my company and it can be quite the pain. I called the dealership on Tuesday after finding a Smart ForTwo electric drive on the site and had the pleasure of speaking with Lew! He was courteous, kind, and cared for our needs. We were able to close the deal that night and my boss and I went in the following day to pick it up. Again, Lew and the rest of the staff exceeded my expectations, keep in mind I spent over 15 years in car biz myself. In and out in an hour. We will definitely be using Lew again!

I went and bought my first new car today, it was quick and easy, Kellen was amazing!! I had gone to multiple dealerships and this one is by FAR the best, they want you to be happy not just make a quick sale. Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. My credit is terrible and he still figured it out for me! So thrilled! ☺️

Bought a used 2015 highlander here yesterday because we desperately needed the extra room! Nate was so so great to work with! I knew the exact car I was looking for when I arrived and he made it happen! I will absolutely recommend any friends or family to go see him when in the market for a new car!

VW of Olympia was quick to take our money when we bought our 2018 Passat. Everything was all about customer service when we were buying. Two months ago, probably close to three months now, we asked for a refund on a portion of our gap insurance as the car has been paid off. We CANNOT get our money. Very few calls have beeen returned, promises have been made, but no check. No idea when it will get here. Why should WE have to wait this long for OUR money??? Poor, poor customer service.

The worst at helping with any issue I've had. I was sold a defective car. I bought a brand new (NOT USED) VW Jetta. I moved to Seattle a few weeks after and when I did, there was water leaking between the windshield and driver window from all the rain. Also leaking on the passenger side as well. I had it looked at by a VW close by and they believe that something impacted it that cause the glass between the sunroof and windshield to be shattered. I'm positive since I've had the car, nothing has hit those parts. No one else drives my car. VW Then wanted $1200 to look into it more or I can start a glass claim with my insurance. I said no I'm not paying. I want my car back. When I picked it up, they didn't give me any courtesy to show me what they found. No pictures were sent or shown. I called the VW of Olympia (where I originally bought the brand new car). I gave then all my Info and emailed one of the sales managers the invoice and the text messages sent from the other VW. 3 days pass and I have to call them again since I haven't heard anything. The man that answered told me he had to call university VW and see what Info they can give him. I told him I can send him the info and the texts they sent me but he declined. He didn't want any info I had regarding the situation. It made me feel like he wasn't even on my side. No one was. I started crying because this is my first brand new car. Im working hard for it every month and the people I bought it from don't see my point at all or feel bad that I have to drive with water dripping on my face. When I told him this wasn't fair, I kept getting the run around and a robotic script about ensuring all of their cars are go through service and inspection before selling. It made me feel unimportant. When I called my insurance, they laughed because they know it's the dealerships responsibility. The man on there had 20 years experience selling cars and just about the same with insurance. He made me feel normal and important unlike VW of Olympia and University VW. I would also like to add that they didn't give me a walk around when I bought the car. No checklist for me to check off and sign.

VW of Olympia is the best of the best! It's no wonder why I've purchased THREE VW's from them. If you're looking for an excellent sales experience, it's an absolute MUST to visit these guys! They're all very knowledgeable, they don't pressure you into anything you're not ready for and they will give you the BEST options to fit your needs! Two days after buying a car from VW of Olympia and just 100 miles driven the check engine came on. Of course they don't back their cars. Although there is no implied warranty they should still be ethical. This place is not. Dont buy from them.
