If I could give Nick more than five stars, I certainly would. After my MVA he was the tow truck driver that showed up to tow my vehicle. He was so kind and so very helpful. I would highly recommend South sound towing.

On the 26th, returning from the Portland area, our car died in Olympia due to an engine failure. While I pay for AAA, they could not help us get back to Seattle.The team at South Sound Towing, even after a ridiculous long day of work, was willing to help us get home.This was an emergency for us and they made it not one; honestly great people doing good work!

Called this morning in need of a tow. The gentleman answered and took my information. I’m about 10-14 min from their location and need to be towed 15 min from my current location. He asked if I was looking to be towed now or later. I said preferably now. He responded with a scoff and off putting comment, “sometimes it doesn’t pay to answer the phone” I was literally speechless. He then says, “well all my drivers are out right now.” I thanked him kindly for his time and ended the call.

I worked with Steve and Nick to have a car towed to my house. They were easy to work with, made it smooth annd simple but most importantly, they are honest guys. Would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to have to use a towing service. One less stressful thing to have to worry about in a stressful situation.

This is a great tow company, Steven came to our home and towed vehicle that had been in an accident and didn't have the front passenger wheel attached. He was very friendly and professional as well and quick and efficient in moving a vehicle that was not easy to move. I also really appreciate how knowledgeable he was, as well as courteous enough to send me a confirmation photo when he reached my car's destination. I just moved to the area and accidentally locked my keys in the car while at Safeway. I happened to be parked right across a South Sound towing truck (I can’t make this up). Being new to the area, I didn’t know who to call! I called and the nice gentleman was coming out with his groceries and was able to unlock the car for me right away. Whoever I dealt with has horrible customer service skills and should consider hanging up the phone all the way before cussing and talking smack about their paying customers! Being a business owner in the area myself, I expect better representation of businesses in our community. The ridiculous amount of money I handed over to you guys to be treated the way I was....you should be ashamed of yourselves! Do better!

I contacted Steven at South Sound Towing to help my friend sell her car that had been just sitting for over a year after the transmission had died. He was very courteous, patient, and professional throughout the whole transaction. My car randomly died in the parking lot of ENT associates on lily road. Best decision I made was calling South sound towing to get my car home safely. I was super upset about this but had an amazing driver who not only brought my home with care backed it into our odd driveway for me! Thanks Steve!!!! Hopefully I won't need your service won't be needed again but your at the top of my list if it does come to it. Will definitely recommend ????
