Nice people but horribly unaccommodating. If you want to feel like a number rather than a person have your doctor schedule your imaging with them.

I went in for my first MRI and I was very afraid. The MRI tec was so sweet and understanding. She helped me through my fears. They contacted my insurance for me and had everything approved before I arrived. Wonderful place

Called to schedule my MRI and was told they only had the first appt of the day on Saturday, July 27th at 7:30 am. They also told me I didn't need to be there early since I was the first appt. Arrived at 7:10 and was told my appt was at 7:00 am and should have been there at 6:30. They refused to see me. Will not be going back.

I have been here for 3 breast ultrasounds + mammogram, and a very specific pancreas MRI. I have had a wonderful experience each time. The staff is nice, calming and thorough.

The xray technician was so kind and understanding when I was having big emotions about my chronic pain and how many X-rays I’ve had to pay for that have never gotten me closer to finding a solution. Very kind staff.

I've always been happy with the actual service received. The techs have always been really nice and calm. However, the billing department is not helpful and very frustrating. They wouldn't bill my insurance and each time I called, I was told something different. Granted, they are in a call center in another state but that is the only way to get help with billing. For that reason, I would consider going elsewhere.

The technicians were fine, however this is the most predatory and non transparent billing department I have ever experienced and I cannot inngood faith recommend this to anyone. Initially my insurance wasn't even contacted. Save yourself a headache and go to Oly Orthopedic for anything ortho and TRA for any other imaging.

Don't bother coming in early to check in. They are always behind schedule. Just come in at appointment time.

There's not enough foot rom to explain the frustrations I've dealt with here from scheduling to "proper terms on referrals, which pisses my drs off. Though some of the ladies are nice, the whole process of getting an appointment, dealing with insurance and being treated appropriately is a ZERO of of 5. My specialty Doctor, based on my history and recent new development wants a 6month follow up. Tell me how some "tech" is able to determine I don't need it, instead of calling consulting MY Doctor first. Makes me sick to think they are just shrugging off my medical situation. I'll be changing imaging locations for sure if possible after this! If they can't do what a Dr tells them to do, that's questionable ? Don't mess with my health.

Be prepared to wait for over 30 minutes to just schedule an appointment. This is my 3rd attempt on 3 separate days this month. So far it seems as if no one answers the phone. If this call goes past 20 minutes I’m going somewhere else.

Fast efficient service and the staff was caring and calm ?
